i read phil steel's writeup in his newsletter and he said his computer made it ND -8. And a couple of Sagarin's numbers said the same thing. So when the book opened Georgia the fave and the short ass line that flipped, u could tell nobody had a clue. kinda lends itself to the wild, live, in-game line moves because nobody knows
