Straily (0-3, 1.85 WHIP, 6.23 ERA), Happ (1-2, 2.89 WHIP, 12.00 ERA)
Straily has lost four straight starts since being recalled from Triple-A Sacramento last month, posting an ERA of 4.95 in the process. He has failed to get through five innings in three consecutive outings, including a loss to Toronto at home on July 30, when the righty gave up five runs (two earned) and six hits in 4 2/3 frames. Opponents are hitting .321 against the 24-year-old Straily during the slide.

Happ struggled in his first start since being drilled by a line drive and suffering a skull fracture on May 7. The 30-year-old allowed seven runs on as many hits in four innings en route to a no-decision versus Seattle on Wednesday. Happ made a pair of relief appearances against Oakland, yielding four runs in 4 1/3 to take two no-decisions. Josh Johnson was scheduled to pitch on Monday, but was pushed back to Wednesday due to a sore forearm.

Straily was hit pretty hard in Oakland last week by these Jays, and I favor the pitcher next time around. Always a chance the day game where the "A" teams may not be on the field so keep that in mind

Atlanta won last four Teheran starts (2-0, 1.13). Hamels has a 1.64 RA in his last three starts, but no wins and Phils are 3-9 when he starts on the road. the Braves just swept the Phillies in Philadelphia last week and Hamels hasn't had the greatest track record at Turner Field

yeah, I donated a half last nite, I plan on getting it back tonite. Mejia is 1-1, 2.45 in three starts this season while I expected more from Nolasco after being traded and now has a 4.50 RA in his last five starts, and hasn't finished sixth inning in any of those five games, but LA won last four, scoring 30 runs.

Point well taken on Nolasco but he also started last 4 on the road against 3 solid contenders. In his first of last 5 he was at home and Dodgers only scored once for him. His last 3 sts he's gotten better with an era of 3.5. Im on Dodgers for that reason only, that he was throwing on the road 4 straight. Dodgers are also 6-1 su in his 7 starts.
