Jays are 26-5 this season when they score 5 runs or more. In those games, they are averaging 7.8 runs per game.

Jays are 2-25 this season when they score 4 runs or less. In those games, they are averaging 2.3 runs per game, while giving up 4.7. Since May 5th, they're 0-14 in this situation, averaging 2.4 runs per game, while giving up 4.6.

I expect the dome to be closed here in Toronto...it's super muggy and we're expecting thunder storms tonight...if some how the radar/weather changes..it's going to be humid with the dome open which helps for an over in Toronto

AJ always has that one bad inning where he gives up a few runs, but those bats are swinging and Nelson away is much worse than Nelson at home.

don't like it, MIN is going to be the worst team in baseball over the remainder of the season and those stats will come back to earth quickly

agree but that line is very high. I had to take MIL +156 for principal alone.

The guys they were starting shouldn't be playing either. Aviles is a placeholder for Lindor, and it's time to give Urshela a look. Not ideal, but the left side of the infield wasn't hitting or fielding for shit ... What's left? Being good clubhouse guys?

I think Chis has a nice swing, breaks my heart, wish he'd have the beautiful swing meet the ball on the screws once in a while. Guy needs to be Mike Schmidt to justify his defense at 3B. And Ramirez just sucks, no further explanation necessary.

The only thing I ever really warm up to in Colorado is an over, not sure I'm too warm on it tonight. I always find my eyes scanning the card, getting to Coors, and skipping the game without much thought. Think the reputation of the park has me spooked.

My bet is fading Lackey on the road given his history at Coors as well...sure like GW said 4-5 isn't much, but I don't think you see the good BP come out today either...Hale isn't exactly a stud right now, so although I do agree they come out slow, I do think we get about 3-4 runs from the cardinals...I also enjoy the angle off an under at coors, believe there are 2 instances where we see consecutive under 10's this year, could be wrong but did a quick eye test over the schedule
 
Lackey's a gamer and the Rocks are driftwood ... The gamer vs. driftwood factor could torpedo all overs.

Yep all 3 of those are RLM plays. ATL very public friendly play, been receiving texts about how short that line has looked a lot today.

I lean SD in that one. Already on MIL +156, that line was just plain stupid.

  • Pirates are 0-7 in Burnetts last 7 Monday starts.
  • Brew Crew 4-1 L5 Monday games
 
MIL received a shitload of RLM the day they faced Shelby but couldn't pull out the win. Same thing with Philly and the RLM this season, like when Lincecum came to town the other day and they blew it. I quit betting on shitty teams just based on RLM. The line gets bet down despite a shitload of public action, and I love being on the side the book needs, but they are just too shitty to win the games.
 
Guessing part of the Pittsburgh LM had to do with McCutchen being announced as out of the lineup today.
