Colon has been outstanding. 4 straight QS and only 1 run his L13 IP. He has a 17:1 K:BB ratio this season.
Going to get focused effort from A's to avoid the sweep.
Cespedes expected back for the A's today. A's record is staggering in games w/Cespedes versus games without him.
Gonzales FIP is 1.70 greater (5.83) than his ERA (4.13) which is a warning sign where Colon's is only 0.38 higher.
Gonzales GB:FB ratio has been alarming his L3. He's allowed 4 HR's his L2 and his pitch counts high.
O's are a combined 27 for 125 off Colon (.216) with just 1 HR.
O's 0-3 on Sunday.
Colon's L3 vs. Baltimore yielded 22 2/3 innings and just 4 runs.

Wieters has to be exhausted. Teagarden headed to DL with thumb injury.... I think I saw Orioles haven't swept a four game road series since 1987. I personally don't see value on Oak at this price, but will agree Colon has been a nightmare for the Orioles...

Lean under.
