MLB Discussion for the Week of 5/2/2016...

Padre under doing fine.
Think I have mentioned Vinnie who focuses on Yankees

On: 7-6
5/4/16 7:05pm MLB Baseball 968 Baltimore Orioles -124* vs New York Yankees (C Sabathia - L must Start T Wilson - R must Start)
Against: 9-1
Totals: 0-1

Kluber 2-6 SU with 21 runs allowed in 48 IP at home versus Detroit. The Tigers scored 4,5,6,4,4,6,12,9 runs per game. Is it raining in Cleveland or what? I am finding jack shit about the weather there..

Maybe Tip can chime in so we're certain, but I'm showing 90% chance of rain from 7pm through 10pm, and then 50% chance for the rest of the night.

Rain heading that way by first pitch, yes. Skinny band of it but isolated T-storms all night after that.

Yes it is...rain is without a doubt heading that way at some point. Not sure it'll be enough to stop play but its heading that way and all of Ohio has had on/off thunderstorms today.

Det @ Cle o7.5 (-110) 0.5u

I did have a lean on yesterday's game but even with possible weather issues have to play it tonight.
Over is now 11-0 L11 meetings in Cle, 17-2-1 L20 meetings in Cle (over 4-0 Kluber starts in those 20)
Teams hitting .295 vs Sanchez this season
Cle/Det both plenty familiar with opposing SP's, and successful as well
Cle 38/132 .288 vs Sanchez
Det 47/140 .336 vs Kluber
Morales is an over ump, over is 36-16-4 in his last 56 behind the plate

Not raining much at all right now in Cleveland, just gray and damp, supposed to be a soggy night. Going to start on time. My guess is they play all nine. May see a delay.

i actually do think playoff revenge means something, more so in the TEX dugout where i think it means a ton than PIT who was more interested in the division rival portion of motivation

This Nats/Cubs series is gonna be awesome. Completely unbettable for me. But exciting matchup.

I find this to be fascinating. So far this season, the Whitesox are batting .207... Worst in MLB in innings 1-6. In innings 7+ the white sox are batting .308... Best in MLB.

I'm kinda stumped by the total in St. Louis. Does it look low to anyone else?

i took the cards TT over 4 +115

Like Jaime to bounce back today parlayed with Happ. Tor/STL ML Par

Happ v. Holland (Interesting stat for Holland below)

So far this year: .227 BABIP, which is almost 70-points lower than his career average.

Kluber 2-6 SU with 21 runs allowed in 48 IP at home versus Detroit. The Tigers scored 4,5,6,4,4,6,12,9 runs per game. Is it raining in Cleveland or what? I am finding jack shit about the weather there..

just a shame game is not day game with jerry meals biggest overish ump during day games. but still like CLE OTT and CLE-DET O1St5

WAde Miley: 1St career complete game shut out. Away and off a no walk and a win, he is 0-7SU with opp TT=6 runs. Off a shut out away ,opp TT is 7.6 runs in avg

Arizona vs lefties 22 games 44 runs
Miami vs lefties 21 games 24 runs
Ray much better on the road

line down to 6.5 in st loo....with 70%+ on the over... wow

linemakers clearly think Eickhoff throws a gem, already counting it as a loss

No reason to think that. I think they expect a low scoring game based on Pitt the next day for Cards

I think it's more indicative of the Phillies line up. As much as Franco and Howard have been struggling, they still provide really the only "pop" in the line up. Without them, the Phillies will really struggle today. I hope you get your win as I am with you on STL. Good luck.

Altuve's been eating his Wheaties. 9 bombs on the year now.

Sorry about the mess above. I actually did play the Cubs. Reasoning very simply was Lackey is a pretty good home pitcher. Cubs are the better team and I do not trust Scherzer at all.

This is Rick's 14-6 away month.
The world now has tape on Maeda and now he meets Turf.
Its Friday and Texas is playing on the road

I would say that Toronto line says bet toronto
figured it would be a pick em

Easiest win Should be Seattle. Only problem is they have seen Walker a lot. Probably an over

can someone give me a reason not to play rangers TT over?

first of all Pelfrey is absolute awful... but in day games he gets even worse.... first game with Marquez behind the plate so he should continue to give up lots of walks

the rangers were the best hitting saturday team last year, batting .296... 6th best this season in 4 saturday games batting .299

negatives are the tigers BP has been pitching well... and there is a ton of action on the over
