Yeah fucking nuts ...Coworkers thought I was yelling at a distributor in my office . Was yelling at the goalie , anytime I lay 3+ in the Olympics the oppositions goalie turns into Dominik Hasek
 
Canada focused on speed and skill while Guerin and his pizza boy assistant think that winning hockey is about who out hits who and thats why they will fail.

Agree , as the 4 nations is a whole different animal from Olympic hockey, expected 4 nations vs Canada to be a slugfest ..However this Olympics is going to be speed and skill, could see the USA taking dumb penalties vs the perceived other top 6 .


..Think USA will be lucky to play for a bronze ....Hope I'm wrong , would love to see US vs Canada for the Gold .

I'm probably too heavily invested in Sweden now, sure Finland will be desperate but that might cause them to give up more breakaways/odd man rushed to the net ..

I don’t think USA can win gold with Matthews wearing the C

He’s not a leader of men, he’s not a locker room Jack O’Callahan type, he’s a incredibly talented player without a doubt but when I look at someone to wear the C, I go to a guy like Toews, Jordan Staal, Victor Hedman just to name a few.
 
Canada was pretty damn surgical today. Really impressive effort. If Binnington plays like that, the gold medal is theirs.
