I got two underdogs. Ive been pretty damn solid in tennis, so here we go. all plays at matchbook.

Koubek +200 vs. Ljubicic - Big serving ljubicic is ailing according to english tv. koubek has been on an incredible late season run and will be in the top 50 if he continues. ljubicic is going to have to serve exceptionally to negate the in form returning ability of koubek. if koubek can get rallies going he will have a huge advantage.

Baghdatis +540 vs. Nadal - many people probably think im a moron for betting against the spaniard nadal, but hear me out. nadal has been well below his best lately and baghdatis has all the weapons to beat most players. baghdatis has had the benefit of recent match practice, and i think he will be meeting nadal at the right time. ill take a long shot

..these are very reasonable bets..aldo Ljubo plays very comfortable against players he has a good h2h record..I watched all of their last 3 meetings and I dont have guts to pool the triger on Koubek..I think Bagy stand a chance and Imade a bet on over 20games @2.05 at Unibet..BOL Jimbo

p.s. if that ilness got something 2 do with Ljubos bad stomack..ic his standard mambo-jubo..i saw it on his blog at atp..

Like both of them Jimbo. Rumors has it Ivan is ill again, he is the indoor master but if he continues his horrible playing then Koubek has a good chance.

Nadal is hit or miss, hopefully he is not on his top game. Baggy will have something to play for here (beating world #2) and when there is a situation like that for him, he usually plays up to his potential.

alright well, im 1-1 and with those type of underdogs ill take it.
here's my plays for tom. played at matchbook
-158 feliciano lopez- these guys meet for the second time in 11 days. lopez won and he has been looking very focused since the US open. the fast court will play to the advantage to the spaniard as well as the crowd. im thinking straight sets.
-113 karlovic- people who know tennis knows that this guy has been a beast lately. serving 70% first serve in his last three matches and if that continues its over. very reasonable price for a guy who has been in excellent form. my only concern is possible fatigue, so im hoping the big guy can dig deep.
i also grabbed badds (+1500) and mike weir (+3000) to win this week in golf. i dont have money in sportsbook anymore so my only option is to bet outrights at matchbook. damn it

well another 1-1, lopez in str8 sets as i expected. unfortunately dr. ivo lost two tiebreaks. i almost laid off too cuz i thought the line was a lil too good to be true. its all good, im bout to bounce back.

kiefer and gonzo is a tough match for me to call. both guys r big servers and i dont really want to take my chances in what could result in tiebreaks. however, i believe there is HUGE value in ancic vs. the serbian joker. joker recently said he has been mentally and physically exhausted and thats why he hasn't been as effective as he has been earlier this year. the guy has had a monster year and has definately played a shitload of matches. im gonna hit it up but i gotta figure out for how much.
