LOADED Boxing Weekend

Agree with you Jab for sure. I think my judgement was clouded by how good Devon looked against the ultimate bully that is Maidana. Where I missed out was how big porter is at 147. He's BY FAR the biggest welterweight in the division right now and clearly Devon was not ready for how strong he was.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Just overlooked how big he would be. I remember watching him at 154 thinking he needed to move down. I was stuck thinking "he's small" and not thinking "but not for 147"

Also, LMAO at the boardwalk arena literally empty for the Rigondeaux fight. If there's 1000 people there right now I'd be shocked.

EPIC... The Rigo fight is so boring Max Kellerman is literally talking about the history of early UFC. Royce Gracie to Matt Hughes. Fucking awesome. I love you Max.

RIGHT. It's hilarious. My brother and I always talk about how if Paulie had even average power he would be a dominant fucking fighter.
Pillow Fist Paulie with ANY power...fucking ANY power

a whole different career man....he has had a very nice one, but what would Paulie be with his boxing ability and his personality AND a punch

man

OK

So who so I balme for the Tapia bet?

Watched the fight Twink? FWIW Tapia won me as a fan for life. Just needs a little polish on his slugger game. Thought he was going to get Kirkland out a few times there. Needs to learn how to work off the ropes and not turtle up so much.

I did bro, and I am obviously kidding about the blame LOL. I like Tapia just like I like Kirk. Seemed to be a battle of the all out guys that can gas...That was the only thing that kinda kept me off until you fuckos LOL. But seriously I like Tapia, but I am still on the Kirk bus. Good win for him. They kinda throw him out there after a decent win vs AA like he is rotten meat. Back with the big bad Lezzie....how can you not love Kirk?

Side note, I am not in love with Tapia's corner. They may have used smelling salts to get him off the stool to get back out. Jesus. They need to realize keeping the fighter safe is better as a, you know, human. Dude will be back Also it won't get him cashed out so quick as a fighter.

What yall thought about that aspect of the fight?

I gotta be honest though. I like Tapia like I like Kirk. I love it and will watch every time. However......How far can they go?

I'll take the blame for the Tapia fight, lol. I told anyone who would listen that he was going to beat Kirkland. It was hard to watch. Tapia was rushed to the trauma center after the fight. These corners HAVE to do a better job of knowing when you get the fighter out of there. LESS worrying only about winning. MORE worrying about human beings. Please and thanks.

Had a pretty good weekend betting wise, but I'll still explain why is sucks so much.

I had a 9 fight parlay from last month.

Yoan Pablo Hernandez - WIN
Scott Quigg - WIN
Rios/Pacquiao over 9.5 - WIN
Adonis Stevenson - WIN
Guillermo Rigondeaux - WIN
Erislandy Lara - WIN
Froch by KO or UD - WIN
Felix Sturm - WIN

Devon Alexander - Mother fucking fat fucking LOSS

I thought I was home. "No way Alexander loses". Fuck that guy.

27/1. Ugh.
