Didn't bet MD 7 or 8, was simply too confusing and I miss groups. The changes to this competition have made it way too tedious to make KOs as there will be several teams that will be eliminated at this stage that should be there traditionally. Simply doing bet365 for soccer at this point, best one out there for it other than the occasional DK crazy prop line.

Will be on Gala team total o1.5 and o2.5 after it kicks I guess, b365 always tucks team totals where I'm not looking in a pinch. Gala has scored 3 pretty consistently lately and Juve have given up 3 pretty consistently. No reason to think those trends can't continue in Istanbul.
 
Got some time before the next three matches so I'll shoot.

Benfica/RM's last match a couple weeks ago will be nominated for awards at the end of the year with that bizarre finish, so naturally now they get drawn to face each other in a tie that I assume everyone will favor RM heavily. I don't think Benfica can afford to play conservative at home in this one, gotta think they feel like going to Madrid for the return without something like a 2-1 lead in hand will end poorly for them. Thus, I like Real Madrid to score today. No Bellingham due to injury and no Rodrygo or Asencio due to Red Cards has the side less appealing than it could be, but plenty of fire power to score goals up front with two of the best. BTTS is worthy of including in a parlay at -175 I think, but just going to stick with Madrid goals.

Don't need to break this one down much, think Dortmund is the better team and knows they can put this tie to rest at home because the last thing they want is to have to get a result going to Italy. Kinda crazy they are the lower seed so host the first leg of this one. Atalanta has been good lately but I don't know how they go to Dortmund and perform well at all here.

PSG gotta be pissed to be the trophy holders and not make top 8. Obviously we know they are among the best teams out there. Last year on their road to winning it all they had to play another Ligue 1 opponent to qualify and proceeded to beat Brest 7-0 and 3-0. Fast forward and now they get to play another Ligue 1 opponent to qualify. I'm not sure how City managed to fail to get all three points against Monaco but here we are, Think there's no reason to play anything other than PSG goals here. Do they clean sheet Monaco? Probably. But not bothering with that when they might well score 5 here. Seeing one service suggesting over 2.5. That's at -225 right now lol. No thanks. Let's keep it simple.

Again not anything other than bet 365 unless DK offers something better. Only two books I use that offer Asian lines in the first place and usually b365 wins.

No better time for a team from Azerbaijan to catch a Premier League team that's been shaky at best, at home. Long travel East for Newcastle, couple time zones...and they have a ton on the plate in England. I expect Qarabag to compete and possibly win. No reason to go crazy on it due to talent disparity but it wouldn't be shocking. It could go up in flames fast too.

No idea what to do with Atletico. At this point the have CL and Copa del Rey so no real reason to focus on La Liga season where they'll always be safe. Brugge at home is fascinating and can score. No chance I'm playing that match.
 
Seems a good tie to fade Leverkusen vs a stalwart that wins at home and Leverkusen is a couple tics back from their incredible season last year.

It's just so much more fascinating for me to cap than regular domestic matches which always end up frustrating. But then I bet on Madrid to do damage yesterday on the concept that Benfica would play an open match...no one annoys me more in the sport, both as a persona and in gambling, than Mourinho. He's smug enough to probably think they can go to Madrid on the 2nd leg and think they will come out on top again. That would be something for sure!

Americanized with Fahrenheit, this one could be fun. Inter gets away from Milan during Olympics which is another aspect to this. Not like we don't know who the more talented team is but snow and 18 mph winds in what feels like 11 degrees? I might add to Bodo here. No way in hell Inter are playing a fluid brand of futbol today in that shit.

Also not like there was much doubt with EPL getting 5 of the top 8 seeds but #6 destroying today means Premier League will obviously have a top 5 competition this season and not top 4 for CL next season. It will make a difference the last few weeks of the season.

I get that City will now be favored to win EPL but we have a lot of deficiencies to address in midfield and in back. Any starting 11 I feel like I'm starting with 3 weaknesses before I give any thought about how he win. And that's not a fun position really.
