He's a good coach. Had a horrible offensive roster when he got to the Jets. But him not being able to find a decent OC sort of falls on him.

He's a good defensive coordinator but he was a horrible head coach and I can give plenty of examples why. I could see him getting the Jacksonville job if Ben Johnson doesn't take it or he will end up the DC in San Francisco again. The funniest possible scenario is him switching jobs with Glenn where he goes back home to Detroit while Glenn doesn't last two years with the Jets.
