Jan 30th: Wanted to open a thread where we can go and get each others opinions and thoughts and plays, without taking up space in YOUR OWN Threads.

Let me start by saying I HATE to be THAT Guy! BUT. I hit Sharks/Edm Over 1.5 Goals 1st Period -160 And TT Over 2.5 -155.

I really don't like juice but I had a gut feeling. Gut took a hit when they gave up a 3-0 Lead In The 3rd Though...

Tonight I like the losomg streak to stop In Chicago, and Knight plays well @ home.. +129

And MAYBE I'm getting a little ahead of myself, but I'm ready to back the OVER 1.5 Goals 1st Period. -135

Another gut feeling. 1-1 end of one would not shock me. Nor 2-0 Columbus, If the Blackhawks aren't ready for the B2B.

Im of the opinion that some of these teams will start scaling back a touch in preparation for the break. No data, just a gut feeling.

I will continue to ride the sharks until such a time as the market begins to price them appropriatly.

I think a good strategy is to be selective when coming up to the olympic time and shortly thereafter. 2 or so months of regular season remain after the break.
 
Ullmark back in net for Ott. How is this going to work? His teammates have to hate him. No way they want to be around this guy after he ratted them out.

I was just looking over that game. Road team has won in the last 7 meetings...

I've heard the rumors. As my dad says, where there's smoke, there is usually fire. Something like that!

As of now, I'm going to start looking into Sharks 1st period ML. They como out quick!

Vap, solid logic with this play. I wanted to bet sharks here full game, but it didnt make my top 5. Ill look to back them more again when i get some more favorable dog lines.

Was not happy with how they looked. Almost uninspired that 1st period. 3 Penalties in the 1st?! Not good.

I Havent dug into anything yet, but im of the opinion that if you take all 4 of the big dogs today (sharks, blues, nucks, and kraken) i think you could come out with a profit.

Last game before the break for both avs and sharks, blues and stars, vancouver (vegas has a home game vs lak tomorrow), and seattle (lak on road tmorrow at vegas).

After road teams being victorious in 10 of the 14 games on saturday, home teams have been a combined 14-6 over the past 3 days. Just something to consider as the home teams may have a slightly higher price as a result.

6 of the 20 contests in the last 3 days have gone to OT. Half of the 20 games have been won by 2 goals or more.

In 6 of the 10 road games today, the road team has a better overall record than the home team.

3 of the 10 road teams have a better away record than their home opponent ( habs, wild, sea).

Top 5 leans would be, pending goalies

Some goalie assignments have come out. If jarry goes for edmonton...might look to calgary
 
I like Boston and Over 6.5 Goals.

@slim5150 I tend to agree with your 4 long shots.

Of course there are valuable reasons WHY they are huge underdogs.

Then again. Vegas hasn't impressed lately. Sharks play well MOST of the time for the past month. Kings have to play tomorrow, Seattle doesn't. Blues...That's a tough one!
 
When digging in cant back blues with the gaa wizard binnington back there. And the nucks with tropilito doesnt excite me. I do still believe vegas is way overvalued here.

I did settle on seattle and played the 1st period ml with sharks. Lets hope i chose wisely.

I dont know that vegas and dallas would be good parlay piecea either.

I too like boston.

I was looking at Sharks 1st Period as well. Big bounce back from that terrible showing in Chicago!

They have to come out hot to have a chance. They have won or tied the 1p in 4 of their last 5, losing that in chicago. Step up in class for sure, but feel like i am being compensated for that.
