NBA post game Chuck said a lot of players will have some sleepless nights. That tells me there A LOT of others involved in fixing games.

This one is particular is because they foul - okay. Big deal. It happens. But it was the foul to give. Then they foul again? That’s crazy.

Yeah, I agree and it could be something nefarious.

Could this also be a teaching moment of how they are going to approach the end of games?

Also, some of these players are rather stupid.

Lastly, math isn't the greatest asset of a lot of coaches.

Shit last night had Indiana +7.5 in 2ot. Okc up 6, Indiana misses, okc gets ball with about 15 seconds. Thought for sure Indiana would foul again and okc hits 2 ft and I lose bet. But Indiana didn't foul though came close. Surprised refs didn't call one. Game ends on 6 I win. I was shocked tbh.

And only a FOOL would believe it’s just basketball. The greatest baseball player on planet earth is gonna play in game 1 of the World Series tonight. And he’s doing it too. But he gets a free pass.

Meanwhile, let’s all shovel more dirt on Pete Rose. Players are doing it, coaches are doing it, referees, owners, they’re all guilty.

What I'm saying is, he gambles. We are made to believe it was all on his interpreter and a bookmaker... Come on man, Like they would EVER come out against the greatest baseball player of our time! Sweep it under the rug... I BET there are more players out there than we know, that try and help a good friend out who's down on his luck by giving inside information. Do I believe he gambled for or against his teams? (Angels/dodgers) Who knows. I think there is shadiness in all walks of life including and especially sports. This is just a wake up call to all gamblers. Buyer Beware...

And sports gambling affects far fewer people (politicians/law makers) than global financial markets. Hell for all I know NBA players donate to campaigns less than another other professional sport so put the hammer down!

There is a HUGE distinction between gambling and being involved on your own teams games.

As you get older you start to ref peewee football cause you love football so much...

Then HS and then college. Your love of football never leaves. Nor does your love of Lions football...

NOW, you made it to the BIG TIME! NFL... You are a ref during a VERY IMPORTANT game for the Lions...

You mean to tell me you didn't see a phantom hold against the Packers OL?!

You don't stop loving your favorite team cause you are a ref in NFL Or NBA or a Home Plate umpire...

You start finding ways to help out your favorite squad...

And that my friend is also cheating, that happens all the time...

Yes. It’s moronic. It’s not always tied to the line but it’s happened more than we think in recent years with legal gambling.
Louisiana doesn’t have player props on the million dollar junior leagues, but I could see that coming possibly.

A restriction on player props in many sports leagues I’m sure has been floated. It’s happened before Hot Rod Williams at Tulane and soccer, tennis.


I stopped by the bar on the way home. The dumbest reaction I heard is the “can you believe it?! They make so much money! This guy has made millions already!”
The same guys that if I told em, they’d be in on it

Rarely have bet a penny on any basketball game in the last 8 years. Figured the Donaghy shit was just the tiny tip of the iceberg. Way too many players and refs appear not only greedy , but just fucking stupid....
You got idiots out here making 20m per season throwing games or their own performance for $13k


30+ years ago I watched the local mob flash hand signals court side to Canisus basketball players ... They had some really fishy non covers back then ..Should have known it was possibly everywhere , especially now
