G-Man
Pretty much a regular
The teams that backed in should be of concern,
Turnovers allowed teams to get here that were gifted the chance to the main event.
Buffalo had the best QB in the playoffs and outgained Denevr by 110 yds but had five turnovers to blow the game, even when leding 27-24 late in the 4th,
Seattle somehow put up 41 points off 3 SF turnovers - but had only 108 yds passing while it was a 2nd low on the season. They also had only 94 passing yds against Minnesota in a game where the Vikings had FIVE turnovers?
Seattle was the lowest passing yds of all four playoff teams and the weather was the best of the 4 games?
Houston found a way to have back-to-back games with at least 5 turnovers in each. They still outgained New England and held them to 13 first downs - but choked.
The coach had QB Mills on the bench who won starts when Stroud was injured, but f'd up and went home a loser. That coach LOST that game all on his own for not making a change.
Patriots were held to the season low in yardage...248.
The Rams again, failed to cover the spread in the last 2 minutes up by 7 thanks to McVey again going to the prevent after getting a 7point lead in the 4th.
On 4th and 4 from the 42 yd line, he allowed a scrambling bomb in the end zone with 18 seconds on the clock.
He only pressed with the defense in Overtime and was lucky to get the int to stop the Bears,. He's another F-up. who has failed to cover late spreads.
So no matter what this all looks like - not one team played anywhere near their potontial in any game?
Chicago had yardage but gave the Rams three ints.
Regardless of the scores and who won..., no one played well.
And IMO no one really deserves to be here this week.
I'll post my plays later this week when I see the injury reports...
Current lines
New England -5.5 at Denver.
Seattle - 3 vs Rams
