T-T has No#1 offense in College but TT played 3 games vs low grade teams.
21 Tech starters return from last year but they also allowed 35 pts /gm with this group.
Facing Utah will tarnish the number-one offense.
The Utes return with a losing record team from last year, but have transfered in many improvements and it shows in the first 3 games. Utah also played solid defense last year allowing 23pts.gm.
Wisconsin -9.5. over MD. 6 units
MD had three home games vs soft opponents.
Now at Wiscomsin - facing a defense thats held opposition last year to 23/pts/gm should expose the Terps. .
More impoortant - Wisconsin held Penn Statte to 28 and Oregon to 16. The improvement last year. was after losing to Alabama 42-10.
The Badgers lost to Alabama again this year 38-14 but had two turnovers and the Bama defense held them to 210 total yards.
MD could only put up 20 pts on weak Northern illinois? A team that returned only 5 starters and has a 14 pt offense? They'll have to score more than that in Wisky Land to cover this.
Being home vs MD shoud be a good result - as this is MD's first Big 10 competition this year.

Illinois is the most improved team this year in the Big 10 IMO. They returned 19 starters with a great defense and they are a Plus +6 team.
Indiana did some transferes that helped with the top losses from last year, but will be tested with the Illini., Looking for SU win or a cover at least.
