I will solve the issue of trends by not posting any again. As to the Astro's--I believe what I see. Astros currently have reasonable hitting and pitching and are not graded as having this. Over time will it last? I doubt it as the payroll is still much too small. Astros 2-7 today
May make a loose play on Marlins. Reasoning is Marlins much better in the day, much better day of week. Still looking/ By the way on Kuechel at the level he has been pitching down is pretty much forced but think he will still be a fine pitcher

Constructive discussion is good. I also like the trends. I don't take them all so seriously, but sometimes they are beneficial when looking at matchups. I think you should keep posting them. People are mature enough (hopefully) to decide if they want to put any weight to them or not.
 
Maybe. Some good ones today. If Gorman is ump I am out on Marlins based on a 12 ERA on 12 innings. Shame. Its a road series. All Jason's home games were at night and Marlins are playing well and Nathan is better in the day.
 
Half unit bet on Marlins. It could have been 1 very bad game with Gorman. Meanwhile Gorman not a Homer. Marlins hot and playing well and 8-10 in the day to Cubs 10-18 and days input Marlins 4-5 to Cubs 2-7

Conflicted on this one. For the first time all year, I think the Nats are playing up to capabilities and everyone in the lineups sans Werth is swinging it well. Roark is also very capable vs. a weak lineup.

But Ross is incredible at home.
 
Ross is on 5 days rest 1-2 record 1.71 ERA
On 4 days rest 5-1 3.25 ERA Do not understand that either but lean under

The D-Backs are 9-2 SU since 2004 (that's as far back as my database goes) coming home after playing the Rockies away. That's the only thing I can find to explain the line, other than they are kind of hot right now. Braves are coming off a day off. Backing McCarthy at home has only gotten you one win in seven tries this season. So it was really weird to see the line move in the D-Backs' favor this morning. Opposing teams have scored 4 or more runs in 15 of McCarthy's 19 home starts as a Diamondback.
 
Is the television coverage why the line moved so heavily in favor of Detroit? Their bullpen is dead last in the majors. Is someone out of the lineup for Boston or something?

I see Rondon blew a save tonight. I picked up Neil Ramirez in fantasy. Think he could take over soon. He's looked great too.
 
My buddy is heading out with 2 girls in a bit. I told him I'll come in for middle relief if his pitch count gets high. Hopefully I am not on the forum later, but will look to play the Braves for sure.
