left in Avilan to face Lucroy and Gomez?

ARI u6.5 +100

Santana has been great against DET in the past and I'm a huge buyer for fantasy, Verlander's last start doesn't look so bad as he did not allow a run between out 1 and out 12 (1 before the 1st, 6 after the 12th). I do badly want to be against MIN at any type of plus-money with DET

...this is probably the most i've had all year and that is scary

Hale (today's probable starter) came in for Kendrick on Thursday so someone else will be starting today. (As a side note, Hale left the game with an injury as well).

-Syndergaard unseen, Anderson got hit kinda hard in Phoenix by a weak NYM lineup but they aren't good and getting a price like that on a good arm catches my eye

-Nelson has a bit of a HR problem, but he goes more than 7 IP on average until he gives one up and the HRs he's allowed were at hitter's parks at home and in CIN. LAD lives by the HR and will certainly be trying, but I don't consider the park a HR-friendly place unless the temps are high and the high tomorrow is 72. He threw b2b QS vs LAD last year, losing to Kershaw and his team won in his no decision vs Greinke. Against Greinke they ran everytime they got on base, which they don't really have the same speed this year but that is obviously a concern cuz i'm hoping for the same pitcher-catcher combination or else i'm missing an important bat in Lucroy. Teams haven't run as much on him in the last month, though i'd be interested in a stat this season on that. Bolsinger hasn't been good since the food poisoning and i'm not really sure he's that great anyways so he's a guy I want to take fliers against

Just got up. Fairly sure I will have plays
Real good day for Angels

SEA banged out 19 hits and only scored 7 because they can't hit in the clutch, then had to use Carson Smith who was not available Thursday and who they didn't want to use yesterday because the bad relief loaded the bases. Annnnnnnnnnnnd Rodney came in and gave up a solo shot in the 8th, so that bullpen is in shambles

Something of a problem. Houston is a game I have serious interest in today but Cokin is using Houston as his free play which is similar to a death sentance

Opposing batters have hit more home runs at Tropicana Field than they have hit at Coors field this season.

Good stat. Leake away in July 4-9 lifetime. Clay at home in July last 10 4-6 1-3 2014
Leake means nothing to me. Will see be looking to play Clay but will have to look carefully and cut amounts

Chase on 6 career 4-1 3.25S Syn was bad till his last game in LA which was magnificent.

Killersports has a trend up that supports the Brewers that I am considering. No love at all for Oakland. It is a bad day for Oakland which gives me pause but it is a first game of series which is huge for Oakland and splits are simply one way here.

Leake better era on road

That is right the Nationals are getting Money today playing after a day off. That goes against a trend at Killersports but still a likely play for me.

Leake also has a great history vs Miami, a good history with the ump and an ERA of 6.40 based on 4 days rest over 52 innings this season.

Who is this bum pitching anyway for Miami? Leake already beat them, thinking cincy offense scores some runs..

In Leake's last 15 road games he is 4-11

C'mon tuck are you really going to make me do this to you?

Well that's answers that.

Also WIN-LOSS in the most meaningless stat in sports.

That Leake SU road record should be that the Reds are 4-13 SU in his road starts since last July. However they are 4-1 SU in his starts versus the Marlins (2-0 SU away).

Sl +32...cant resist, even if cole. They are 47-19 vs rhp and by far the best team in mlb. Pirates may be 2nd best but still a ways back

I feel you on that gyno, but I am just talking about the team's SU record in the games he started. But it doesn't matter in this situation I don't think - they've succeeded in his starts versus the Marlins anyway, regardless of home/away.
