Best horse, WORST trip. Was hoping for better than 6 wide from Irad in a 6 horse field. Trakus said he ran 5 more feet than the winner while losing by 3/4 length. But he was running a shorter trip along the rail for the first 4 furlongs, so that wide swing probably cost him 10-12 feet total. Watch him for his next outing.

I am pissed cause had he won I would be alive in pick 5 to the 1679, but now I am only alive to the 6.

Agreed. My friend used to tell me that it is very hard to get a bad trip in a 6 horse field but I see it all the time.
