A very disappointing 5-7 -$132 day yesterday. I don't think I could have gotten much more frustrated that I was. Got my 2nd semester grades back and had mostly a solid semester but it was ruined with a "C" in Criminal Procedure and I had a take home final in that class... How do you get A's and B's on in class finals and then get a "C" on a take home one? In the process of looking for a new apartment and went to look at a house and the landlord never showed up, so that was a wasted hour of my day. On the way home I get a call from my parents and my dads cancer is back and he's going to have to start radiation. Should be o.k., but I'm sick of the health related stuff with my family... seems every few months something is happening. Then the games... where to even start? Cincy/Philly looked like it was going to fly over and there was no scoring last 4 or 5 innings and I lost that by a run. Braves/Marlins game goes into the 9th 4-3 and I lose my under 10, Yankees couldn't hold onto their lead against Minny, Cards blew a 4 run lead, Mets never showed up and Tigers pissed it away... I was going ape shit after the 8 run lead by the Indians went away and seeing Padres attempting to get blown out. I'm lucky the final tally wasn't worse after how my luck was yesterday. So what am I going to do tonight? Get a bit crazy and bet more than I probably should. Here's to a good night.
