Fight week. 5dimes has the options. let's find the value, ya'll.

What a fight by Floyd and Chino!!

saved the PPV which was absolute shit.......

ill have aver more later

Great fight well worth thr trip had it 7-5 floyd but can see 8-4 or a draw.

However the chaos after has shook me up pretty good. A fight broke out and maybe gunshots (unconfirmed) tthat caused a giant rush out of the arena. Only a floyd foght...

I thought it was a fantastic fight. Close. Floyd edged it IMO. 7-5. I enjoyed seeing Mayweather have to dig deep and fight his way out at times. Chino had some success but other than being super aggressive, he didn't have much else. Most of those shots were missing. I thought for sure he was gonna lose a point or two with the dirty tactics. But I love that chino wasn't scared.

Chino has shown the (almost impossible to execute) blue print to beating Floyd that I think most of us here already knew. Maidana's complete lack of respect for Mayweather's counter punching and all around "ring aura" was what made this fight close. Chino and Garcia had a phenomenal game plan and Garcia was able to keep Maidana from head hunting (impossible against Floyd) down to a minimum. Maidana's body work and pressure in the first five rounds was sensational and if his conditioning - his weakest area - doesn't let him down I think we would have seen a new lineal welterweight champ last night. Just goes to show you how good Floyd really is as I think we saw the absolute BEST Maidana of his career last night and we saw a Floyd dealing with his ex-fiance "allegedly" aborting twin babies weeks before this fight so there is no way he was 100% focused last night.

Probably would take some bastard child of Tim Bradley (Chin / Conditioning) and Maidana (all out street fight offense) to beat Floyd. Unless of course Floyd has some mid-life crisis death wish and decides to fight GGG @ 154 at the end of his career.

Here's hoping Mayweather picks Khan in September as the possibility of some combination of a Thurman / Maidana / Porter fight late this year would be absolutely mind altering good.

Jab/SOB- Let us give Garcia props....I thought Steele called a perfect match and Garcia a perfect fight.....a diff 3rd man in there and a diff fight...

Props to all 3 in that ring....

Dracula could learn a thing......

Twinkie plays

Collazo +165/... 2 units

Love -135.../ 2 units

even steven

hindsight, I got lucky....Love isn't very good and got a gift

Collazo fight was strange....the point deductions nullified each other but what a shit show.....ref had ZERO control

on the flip side, Weeks did an AMAZING job in the main event....

Funny thing about a Floyd fight.....It was a very good scrap. I agree with Nacho Dan on this though. Floyd is damned if he do, damned if he don't

He is in a very entertaining fight, and he looked 37 and has lost a step etc

He shuts Maidana out, and he is boring

Guy is incredible to watch.

If Khan gets the fight, I actually like it from a fan perspective. I dislike the way Khan WOULD get the fight though.....just didn't really earn it. In fact would be the most undeserving of most/all that have gotten a shot.

For the Floyd haters, just check out this run

Exactly. Oscar is extremely bitter. The only reason his ass got that gift scorecard is because of who he is. He was soundly beaten and he damn well knows it. And anyone scoring this fight for Maidana, is doing so based purely on activity, or Mayweather hatred. Throwing hammer fists, and missing repeatedly doesn't win fights.

agree...May won

anyone that knows the sport knows that

BUT Maidana brought it...good for him

116 or 115 seems right

Agree that 116 or 115 is the correct range for Mayweather. Maidana just didn't have the conditioning to bring that blazing pace for 10+ rounds (which we already knew). That is what will be required to beat Floyd unless he decides to take on the serious punchers at middleweight.

Oscar will always be bitter over that fight. What is funny is this fight was a lot closer than Oscar's was with Floyd, just not on the score cards though.

I imagine we will get a rematch, but I think we see the same thing unless Maidana improves his conditioning a lot more.
