Never thought I'd ever say +550 is value on a golfer not named Woods in the last two decades but how can you argue that it isn't the way he's playing? Hope you get something up there.

it's all a crap shoot week to week on the tour BUT Jason Day wins 3 of last 4 including the PGA and is just destroying courses doing it. the one thing that worries me is that Jordan Spieth could be due for a "bounce back" this week. when he missed the cut at The Players back in May he came back and tied for 2nd @ the Crowne Plaza at Colonial his next tourney

after a decent 4-3 1st round, "Papa Ratte" returns to form going 2-6 the 2nd. here are the William-Hill pairings and picks for Sunday's 3rd round. player 3rd round and tourney scores in the [ ] >>>

Robert Streb -110 [+1/-1] vs Matt Kuchar -110 [+1/-1]
Billy Horschel -125 [-1/-3] vs Harris English +105 [+3/-1]
Kevin Na -140 [-2/-3] vs Charles Howell III +120 [-1/-2]
Louis Oosthuizen +120 [-4/-2] vs Dustin Johnson -140 [-1/-2]
Patrick Reed -110 [-4/-3] vs Jason Dufner -110 [-1/-3]

Brendan Steele -115 [-4/-5] vs Keegan Bradley -105 [-5/-5]
Daniel Berger +105 [-2/-5] vs Jerry Kelly -125 [-5/-5]
Henrik Stenson +120 [-3/-7] vs Jason Day -140 [-3/-6]
Jim Furyk -125 [-6/-6] vs Hideki Matsuyama +105 [-6/-6]
Russell Knox +115 [-6/-7] vs Danny Lee -135 [-5/-6]

Kevin Chappell -105 [-4/-8] vs Matt Jones -115 [-4/-8]
Charley Hoffman -130 [-8/-12] vs Brendon De Jonge +110 [-3/-9]

Charles Howell III +120 over Kevin Na
Louis Oosthuizen +120 over Dustin Johnson
Patrick Reed -110 over Jason Dufner
Russell Knox +115 over Danny Lee
Rickie Fowler +105 over Zack Johnson

and Boy OH!!! has Jordan Spieth "lost HIS magic feather"!!! 4th round of golf in a row NOT under par and 2nd MISSED CUT!!!

noteables that did NOT make the CUT. the afore mentioned Spieth @ +4, Justin Rose @ +4, my boy Jason "Boner" Bohn @ +7, Brooks Koepka @ +8 and Tony Finau @ +8

my BEST day of golf since I started posting on CTG :cheers3:

Charles Howell III +120 over Kevin Na (20/44) WIN [-1/+1]
Louis Oosthuizen +120 over Dustin Johnson (20/44) WIN [-4/-3]
Patrick Reed -110 over Jason Dufner (22/42) WIN [-4/+3]
Russell Knox +115 over Danny Lee (20/43) WIN [-3/-2]
Rickie Fowler +105 over Zack Johnson (20/41) WIN [-4/+3]

AND Henrik Stenson shoots a -6 on the round to hold the lead @ -13 one shot ahead of Rickie Fowler and two up on both Matt Jones and Sean O'Hair. got a "to win" future on Henrik 15-1 $20 to return $320. HOPE William-Hill makes a Stenson vs Fowler final day matchup so I can "halfazzed hedge"

somewhat surprised Jason Day didn't make a run. his worst round of golf in a LONG time @ +2 for -4 for the tourney. just goes to show that ANYTHING can HAPPEN in golf tourney to tourney OR day to day

final round matchups (3rd round / tourney scores]

Zack Johnson +115 vs Dustin Johnson -135 [+3/-5] [-3/-5]
Sang-Moon Bae -110 vs Ian Poulter -110 [-2/-5] [-2/-5]

Sean O'Hair +115 vs Matt Jones -135 [-4/-11] [-3/-11]
Rickie Fowler -115 vs Henrik Stenson -135 [-4/-12] [-6/-13]

primary bet for Monday. Rickie Fowler +115 over Henrik Stenson (100/215) on the "halfazzed hedge".

smaller "'cause it's b!tchin' that way" plays
Ian Poulter -110 over Sang-Moon Bae (22/42)
Louis Oosthuizen -105 over Jim Furyk (21/41)
Hunter Mahan +120 over Patrick Reed (20/44)
Matt Kuchar -110 over Hideki Matsuyama (22/42)
+ parlay all four (7/109.60)

Bae bad final round last week. Oosthuizen, Mahan and Kuchar with some "Mo" from Sunday

DAMN!!! should have waited for Monday morning. Rickie Fowler now +130 over Henrik Stenson. hopefully Henrik just "runs away and hides" like Jason Day did last week @ The Barclays BUT IF it goes the other way would have been nice to get that extra money :chargrined:

well outhouse mouse!!! 16th hole KILLED Stenson!!! I KNEW when the mullets ran that Rickie Fowler to +130 it was a BAD SIGN!!! SHOULD have thrown another half a buck on him. FEEL like a FOOL for NOT throwing some on Fowler @ 35-1 pre-tourney instead of half the "slugs" I bet on
