How so? i thought the tiebreaker is the run differential of the series that just ended not all 4 games. It states. If there is a tie it will go to run differential for the team you chose versus the opponent. To me this means the latest game. so guys who had nyy is -3, sf is +1, and clev +15. I know I'm the 1 with cleveland and I been tracking it so I'm figuring according to what it says it's the latest game, not all games in series. The words are singular not plural.

Nah, it's all of the games. That's really the only way it makes sense, since the record applies to every week...so does the tiebreaker.

I guess it could have been worded a bit better by saying "...for the teams you chose versus the opponents," but that's kinda splitting hairs at that point. You're right that it's singular since it says "team," but it also be interpreted as each team you chose vs. their opponent.

It dosn't say ALL GAMES the rules are posted for a reason no?
 
No, one game makes zero sense. You're misunderstanding the rules, but the rules do indeed make sense and are worded properly.

Run differential for the TEAM (you only select ONE TEAM in the week of the quarter, that is why it is singular) you chose, in that series. Makes no sense to calculate a differential off of one game when this is a series bet contest where you select one team versus a common opponent for a series.

Have not done the math on the tiebreaker, but run differential is for the series, not a game.

The rules are posted for a reason, you're right. The tiebreaker is still much more than likely for the entire period. If only the last team chosen was used, it would be more likely guys would have the same team, and thus the same run differential. Using all 4 teams' run differential would seem like the better way to do it in order to avoid having another tie after the records were tied.

Correct the series, just the latest series, i kept saying game i meant the latest series not all 4 series

Oh Lord, I even misunderstood what he was saying I guess. One game? Of course it wouldn't have been one game. I was under the impression it wasn't even one series for the run differential, it was the entire period (all 4 teams you chose)....for the reason I just mentioned above.

Lol no. Every quarter is a new quarter. No rollovers from winning/losing per quarter.

Right, each quarter. I know there are no rollovers, that's why I said each quarter.

We have a record for 12 games, I figured the run differential was for those same 12 games, not just the last 3.
 
It is the current quarter/week combo. For the sake of this, Q2: W4. Whoever they all chose in that time frame is who the run differential will be calculated off of. Yes, I think you got it.

But the tie is at the end of the 4 weeks.

The question is whether the tiebreaker uses all 4 weeks, or just the final week. It would make more sense for it to be for the entire period (4 weeks), but I didn't make the rules so I'm not sure either.

And yes, you seem to have gotten confused there....haha.
