Couple of Arkansas Players Suspended

Not impressed

Could be worse. On the bright side you've got a right guard should the need arise.

I guess the myth (?) us yankees have is that while many girls in the south are hot af, states like Mississippi and Arkansas have some hogs. These photos do zero to dispell that. Michigan cheerleaders are fugly, but usually dont look like flat out pigs. Not that I expected much.

Someone please make up for this by posting some LSU baton holding hotties, you know those girls who stand there and look purdy with the tight white outfits on and Michael Jackson gloves.

Went to Shreveport for bowl game against Bama back in '01 and their baton squad seemed like 30+ chicks and 100% blonde, looked like tryout for a pageant

Mind you we were blessed with the ISU cheer squad lol

Its really amazing. Was in Baton Rouge last year and my one mission was to find those girls. Problem was, I was distracted by the thousand other hot chickes in jean skirts and cowboy boots attending the game. Unbelievable down there.

I am as guilty as the next person about judging people on their looks. No doubt about it. But we should be a little kinder about such things. Going to tell you a story from my childhood.

We had a girl in our class named Bethany. She was a very large girl. She was fat, but beyond that, she was big boned and tall. She did not get blessed with a beautiful face either. Her personality was ok, nothing over top awesome but she was a nice person.

She was ridiculed constantly.

The one that stands out in my mind was there was a commercial for the Slinky toy. It had a little jingle that went something like "It's slinky, It's Slinky, It's fun for a girl and boy. It's fun for a girl and a boy". Anyway I remember all of us guys singing the song ... "It's Bethany, It's Bethany, It's fun for a girl" and then abruptly stopping the song, indicating she was not fun for a boy. We were all assholes.

Anyway, one year there was a contest at Halloween. We all painted Pumpkins. Each student in the school did. Then the students in the particular class would vote on the best pumpkin and the best pumpkin from each class went into a special pumpkin patch at the front of the school. Everyone knew who painted each pumpkin in the class. Bethany painted the best pumpkin. When the class voted, they voted for her pumpkin to represent our class in the pumpkin patch. It seems like a small thing, right? She cried. She legit cried tears of happiness and release. It was a moment of acceptance that she had been denied in our class and that she received in that moment. It struck me then. I am almost 50 years old now and it is still embedded in my brain. That moment touched me and made me view her in a different way.

Fast forward, and I have come to realize that outer beauty is an important thing to me on the biological level ... I cannot help who I find attractive and who I don't physically, but I have also found that inner beauty is more important.

Just keep in mind that while you aren't trying to contribute to someone else's misery, you can be by participating in mocking someone's appearance (again i do it ALL THE TIME so not preaching from a pedestal). If you are doing them a favor by telling them that flip flops are ridiculous, that is just trying to help but if it is their general appearance, don't pretend you aren't hurting them.

My guess is that the girl above in Post #7 takes a lot of verbal abuse. By contributing to that, we could be contributing to hurting a good person. She probably won't ever see the comments, so no harm, no foul, I guess. Just a PSA about bullying people based on looks.

I don't know where this post came from ...

Ironically, I was told in Nawlins that flip-flops are ridiculous when i was wearing them one day. In Michigan, its the way. In the south, they laughed at me. I felt embarassed, cried so I stuffed my face with Gumbo, beinets and drank heavily. I'm almost over it .

BTW good story of humanity, I dont make fun of people actually, just being an idiot on here. I was the guy who defended the kids that got picked on in school. I loved fighting the bullies.

Unless you want your feet covered in all kinds of bad fluids, don't go to bourbon street in flip flops.

I was a wimp so I didn't stand up for people but I did generally treat the less popular kids well. I would likely have been an unpopular kid if I didn't beat most of the popular kids in sports (by trying harder). The ability to be good in sports without a ton of athletic prowess hid the fact that I was a nerd with my grades. I didn't have nice clothes or the in haircut or a lot of social confidence. I think sports bridged a gap for me. Also, I got in a fight with a "Kicker" (cowboy clique) on my first day of middle school in el paso who thought I was gonna be a kid that could be picked on. I actually won the fight I think (which was an upset if so) but regardless, he knew it wasn't gonna be an easy time for me to be the guy he tries to pick on. So I had a peaceful time for the most part after that.

I travel the country. Flip flops seem very popular just about everywhere. I cannot decide if flip flops are contributing to the emasculation of men in America or whether it is the bi-product of the emasculation of men in America. I know it is correlated somehow though.

I didnt go down Bourbon with them, thats wild. But I did get the constant its a midwest or michigan thing from people in the south. I love em, doesnt bother me at all.

This thread has detailed. Bottom line, does anyone want to lay 3.5 scores with Mizzou in light of this breaking news.

I would not lay 3.5 scores with Mizzou against anyone tbh but I have not seen them play this year, so like my flip flops in the bayou, im outta place. I came for the girls.....

To me this will be Lock auditioning for the draft. At some point Herbert has to fall because he's just not that good and Grier will still get the B12 tag regardless of Mahomes success. Lock may well be the top QB in the draft (don't get me started on Finley) and this is the perfect game and now situation to show that. Add in that Washington now is another team that may be looking for a QB in the first round. Wouldn't be surprised to see him throw for 5-6 TDs here and Mizzou defense doesn't suck.

Bet she gave a top ten hummer.

Love how MSU put all the hot girls in the front row. It actually worked as I didn’t even notice the 2nd and 3rd row girls the first time I looked at the photo.

On the bullying topic, I make fun of everybody. Ball busting constantly. But if you know someone has low self esteem you don’t pile on. I guess I like to pick those people up and knock others down a bit.

And having kids grade and middle school age I can tell you even with the awareness on the topic some of these kids are real dicks. Not mine - they know they would have to deal with me and worse their mom - but some other parents do nothing to discourage bullying even in today’s world.

@RetroVK don't think ive ever agreed with you more than on your rant. there is a huge difference between expecting you to find people attractive and just not being a dick. there is nothing wrong with looking at a fat or ugly person and decide you aren't attracted to them. but it is f'd up to be posting pictures ridiculing them. Nobody said you have to touch them, just don't contribute to their suicide by making online jokes. that's the one time that I get pissed when Barstool does stuff like that too.

still vouch for flip flops though. seriously, who judges ones masculinity by what they are wearing on their feet!?
