just watched the cotto fight again. hard to say maravilla's knees weren't fucked up, he seemed wobbly as hell after cotto's first big left hook to the body. i will say i can't remember seeing cotto look that good, especially against a southpaw. cotto hasn't been able to figure out a southpaw ever really, the austin trout fight comes to mind. but as a smaller fighter, to push martinez around like that and to find a home for the left hook to the body as often as cotto did was just kind of remarkable. i have no idea what the testing was in this fight, but i really, really hope cotto didn't get weird on the creams and what-not. it's gonna be hard for me not to jump up and down about this win, because of how much respect i have for martinez, but cotto needs to step back down from middleweight and hope that canelo beats lara so he can cash in on the brand new cotto. politics be damned, i really wanna see that fight.

i mean, right after the fight i was wondering who in the hell can you really say is gonna beat cotto handedly? hell, i think if cotto fights pac man again, i'm putting my money on the puerto rican. i like his chances against the mexican ginger as well, in a big way.

just a bad ass fight, and an awesome build up via ctg. again, appreciate this boxing community like a mother fucker.

ps-does anyone know where i can watch this UFC fight that was a horrible decision? is there a replay comin up or something?
