The government is so financially irresponsible that he has to erect speed and red-light traps EVERYWHERE like on down hills and hidden in spots, it's ridiculous, kills so much of the fun in driving. I remember my aunt complaining about people getting stooped for 56 in a 55. Nothing changed after she was elected. But the worst cops are in PA/MD, in my experience, although the extremely zealous enforcement of speed limits extends all the way down to Georgia.
