I Like em... The only one that I would disagree w/ is the Anorthosis - Inter.
I've seen all of Anorthosis games and I must say that the've gotten LUCKY in all of their matches and have taken advantage of their chances. I believe that their luck will run out and Inter is the team to do this. They are just TOO STRONG for this Cypriot team I like the over and the ML for Inter (even though it's low)

I think I might play correlated parlays on the Anorthosis game, Draw/Under and Inter/Over. I think Anorthosis is solid enough on defense to manage to keep a shutout, and I don't expect them to score against an improved Inter defense. On the other side, and I think you probably see it the same way, if Inter should score once, that solid defense will have to take more risks, and I could see Inter finding the holes for at least three scores.
I have to ask you, since you're the Greek expert, if you think Panathinaikos to draw or win seems like a feasible result for you. I've been leaning that way, but I haven't watched them a whole lot.

The Marseille/Eindhoven play is based on my belief that both teams will come out trying to impose their style, Marseille being a more counterattacking team and Eindhoven being a straight-out, typical Dutch team that believes in outscoring the opponent. Eindhoven will probably control the midfield, but Marseille's defense has been pretty decent this season and will be only too glad to hold back and repel those attacks. On the other hand, I don't believe Marseille has the strength at the forward and striker positions to take advantage of the risks Eindhoven is prone to take. In my eyes, Marseille will put out a valiant effort at home, but Eindhoven will control the midfield and respond to that effort with superior technique. In the end, I believe each team's strengths are offset by their counterpart, thus leading me to believe a draw is the value play here.

BATE is another case of a value play. Zenit have the talent, on paper, to win this game easily, especially when considering the fact that the Champion's League is really the only competition where they can make any8positive) noise now that they're out of contention in their domestic competition. This team reminds me a lot of last season's FC Barcelona, a team who enjoyed great success not that long ago but who, faced with difficulties, have already checked out mentally. Arshavin, who should be the heart and soul of the team, started the competition off with a negative attitude after his opportunity to cash in after a good Euro showing was shot down by Zenit management, and I think his attitude has trickled down to his teammates.
That being said, I think BATE's homefield advantage will be a huge factor, especially now that the opponent has already taken a mental beating. This is a strong side at home, and they're not particularly prone to mistakes. If they stick to a conservative gameplan and execute like they've shown me they can, I believe there is a 50% chance of a win. At those great odds, that would be hard to pass up.

I'll be honest about the Atletico play. I believe Rafa can coach circles around Aguirre. I believe Liverpool's roster outclasses Atletico's every day and twice on Sundays.

The Madrid/Juventus play is similar to the Marseille/Eindhoven one, reasoning-wise. Madrid has the homefield advantage, but they cannot execute worth a damn lately, and the team is in disarray. Juventus will probably come out and wait for Madrid to take the driver's seat, and I think their defense is strong enough to frustrate Madrid. If Madrid had any other goalie, I would play Juventus, but things being as they are, I think the reasonable play is a draw.

1st of all.... Don't think that I'm Greek expert but I do feel that Werder Vs PAO it can go both ways.... Werder in Europe are COMPLETELY unpredictable and PAO has been CRAP. They did get a good away win last weekend and they are ready to get a positive result. If anything I would play this as a double chance (X2) with a mixed parlay. I'm also leaning on the under for this game as well...
Greencastle, from what we've been getting on the Spanish news, Torres will play, although not start. As far as van Nistelrooy goes, I haven't capped that as being a big factor, since the problem is obviously not him (10 goals in 11 matches) but the overall attitude of the team and the locker room cancer that Schuster hmself has become. I don't doubt Ruud's ability to perform at a very high level tonight or any other night, but I don't think he will be enough to offset the fact that the team is banged up physically and has tuned the coach out.
I'm also looking for something that stands out in the FC Barcelona game, since I'm gonna be at the stadium tonight and I figure since I'm gonna freeze my behind off, I might as well have some action. Thanks ManchesterUK. Capping the UCL can be complicated at times, but I see it similarly to MLB and the NHL, in that it is so inconsistent that you can always count on finding value week in and week out. At the end of the day, you can easily go 2-6 in a single matchday and still turn out a profit, which is what I like about football in general, not just the UCL.
