Black Monday- Mike McDaniel, You’re Next!

Davis Webb is getting a lot of buzz. I admittedly know very little about him other than him being very young 30 I think but I'd definitely be more excited hiring someone like him hoping you are getting the next McVay or Shanahan vs hiring a bum like Matt Nagy who you know has little to no upside.

Who looking at Nagy? That sounds very titans-ish. What a shit show that be!

Raheem has a bunch of interviews and when he rightfully gets none of these jobs he may end up as the Jets DC and their next coach when Glenn is fired in the middle of next season.

Harbaugh will have the Giants in the playoffs next year if he takes that job.

I agree with that. They actually have a pretty solid young core and it not like the nfc east is that tough to navigate. My biggest concern with giants going forward is I’m not sure the way dart plays he ever stay healthy?

Daboll lost his job in part by having Dart running way too many RPOs which got him injured. I'm thinking the next coach will be far more careful but the concussion issues are a big thing to overcome.

Partly why Kingsbury was shown the door by Quinn. He didn't like that offense for Jayden. I think that was a big mistake by Quinn.

I'm not a big Kingsbury as a HC guy, but as an OC, he's good in my book.

I agree about Kingsbury being a good OC but Jayden isn't built to take hits.

Be curious if there's any fire now to that smoke that was reported about Cleveland wanting him

What a strange tenure in Miami defined by a concussed QB and a stud WR that was more interested in populating than playing

Brady is arguably the best QB of all time so I'd consider him an outlier.
Sure but Peyton, Brees, Warner, Rodgers, etc all have pretty much been coaches on the field. Hell Josh, Lamar, Patty now all are. That should be the first thing to look for when drafting a QB imo

Yes a great QB can overcome poor coaching but ideally you have both and why Buffalo should try to hire Harbaugh if they fail again in the playoffs.

I really like Todd Bowles as a person and wanted him to succeed with the Jets and now in Tampa but I think they are making a mistake keeping him after the Bucs fell apart down the stretch.

2 things, 1st I’m pretty sure baker had a bum shoulder like he did his last year in cle, something was clearly wrong. He went from looking like a mvp candidate to straight up dog shit. 2nd losing Coen really hurt, look what happened in Detroit. Similar to Browns I kinda doubt Tampa coulda fired him and upgraded. They just need to find a oc and get baker healthy imo.

Let Canales and Cohen out of the building and had to fire the OC to keep his job, Bowles better win big next year.
