BAW Nation NBA Playoffs...

I was thinking along same lines, lost under gm2, I did hit okc tho. Man it was so close to being right on the number after every qrtr, guess it just barely went over but every qrtr played between 54-57 I think, so guess it was a really good number. I’d think more than scoring for twolves to get into series would take a better defensive effort. Can’t really see the wolves offense exploding on okc d. Of course I don’t think this gonna be much a series, feels like a gentleman’s sweep to me.
I ended up with live overs in 2h just due to how 1st half was called ++ plus a perfect margin for scoring to stay steady all half.

Stalk tonight...

Definitely lean OKC.

I want to play ML but hoping early Minnesota emotion

If wolves win 1 game they be lucky imo. Since im passing side tonight kinda hope minny finds a way cause then it hammer time games 4 and 5. I do think Edward’s best game be tonight

Agreed.

That's why I'm waiting but I won't hesitate to bet OKC.

Or adjust on the fly.

Hoping to be home by 2nd quarter.

Good start by mize. I had a 3 teamer that needed pads to cash then I saw king wasn’t gonna pitch so i went ahead and took yanks and braves -1.5 w tigers ml, didn’t think they lose 3 straight w mize on bump. Take it home tigers! Little annoyed cause I flipped from carpenter to greene for my h/r/rbi prop so like to see greene get a hit and rbi. Most important tigers win!

Yes that first inning was much needed!

Now, more runs.

Really glad Mize came off that DL in a timely manner.

You taking up OKC live yet?
I just got home and see this 37-14

I'll study things but I highly doubt it.

I'm very happy in many ways though.

1. I didn't bet.

2. Hopefully more games

3. Sets up bets

4. Possible good totals stuff later.

Okc road struggles continue.

Going to try some middles here...

Grabbed a few small + juice totals in last min of the 3rd.

Not posting but believe I can receive a lull here and jump in the other way.

131 combined second-half points in a game that was basically decided
Guys like T Shannon saw those playoff mins and decided to take advantage.

I would have been pretty ticked if I stuck with my two initial unders (232.5 and 231.5 at plus money) instead of going back over.

The fact they needed 26 points in 5 mins to go over that is pretty wild.

Shannon could be a valuable bench piece that Minnesota really needs considering how poor DDV, Naz, and NAW have been

I don't know if it road struggles - they did win 3 out of 4 road games the first 2 series :)
But I do think they surprisingly sometimes lack that killer instinct that they had even in regular season. I assume that if not for Ja's injury, Thunder would have lost Game 3 as well in Memphis.
I have very mixed feelings about Wolves defense. I saw it against Lakers, Thunder and GSW - there are moments that they turned on their defense to the highest level. I don't get why they do it so sporadically. Would love to see a game with 48 mins of highest defense between both teams. We can get something like 81 - 79 score ;)

Probably minority and whatnot but I think OKC wins tonight. I've liked them since late Thursday.

I'm not letting the refs dissuade me.

ML to start and then go from there on live market.

As always, will adjust as needed.

Live - Anthony Edwards o4.5 assists -140

Simple idea here... Yes he'll be more aggressive in the 2h but OKC will continue to adjust and he'll have plenty of kick out opportunities and inside dishes.

Minny will also probably have him in different positions on offense which will create opportunities.

Big assist there and I think we'll see plenty more of those opportunities..

With 8;47 left in the 3rd I am starting to become worried about okc.

A partial of full buy off/trade on the ML is definitely on the table.

Shall see.

Listen,

As OKC goes up 8...

I realize that's a total bitch out play .. but I didn't feel comfortable with a 4 unit or so risked bet there anymore.

This game felt like one where if Minnesota ever took the lead that they would win it.

They just never could get that lead (as of this typing at 108-100).

Credit OKC ... They dedicated to getting inside 15 feet and making shots.

Now, I could have easily traded the ML and guaranteed profit. I do that 9/10 times.

Here, I decided to freeeroll it and see if something wild happened.

Plenty of time, shall see.

Now -- one last ANT assist!

Knicks ML -185
Brunson PRA 41.5 over -117

To start...

Irritated they don't have matching times for these tips .

Sorry for erratic posting, just busy. If you read my posts on Monday after OKC and Minny you knew what to do last night. Hopefully everyone cashed in some shape or form.

More to come in this battle.

Mate posting pre-time is for dinosaurs

Everyone can always use advice in case they want to bet live like most of us do anyway. Pregame lines are a great point of reference for what people are thinking, not the end all be all like it used to be.

Very true.

All about the discussion..

Hopefully pacers make a run so I can get in on the Knicks a bit more.

I wanted to go down memory lane a bit but ran short on time...

Just think this is "an ode to 1995" coming up over the next handful of days ...

Brunson with 18 PRA after 1 quarter is all you can ask for.
Just over 6 mins of rest time.

Checks out (wry smile).

He had one board, one assist in the 2nd.

Now on pace to go under.

As far as the 2h... I expect more fouls and this type of margin leads up points...

I don't think I'll be able to stake more on New York -- that's fine. I'll be stalking the total of the first 6-8 mins goes as I expect. That means more fouls and Pacers pushing the pace more.

Kinda seeing it the same. Brunson :line: time. Keep it close Pace plz

Need the Pacers to do something here so Brunson receives a few mins in the 4th.

Yes, we only need 4 here but minutes are quickly becoming a factor.

Ill take it.

Jalen grabbed a board with a few minutes left to get over the #.

So...

Knicks and Pacers was a great rivalry back in the 90s...

As you all know.

1993 was a first round series and that was the infamous Starks head butt series. The Knicks won easily 3-1 in that series.

1994 was the ECF's and we saw the Game 5 Reggie 4th and then a classic G7 that ended on a Ewing put back.

1995 was the year the Pacers finally got over the top. If you remember, Reggie scored the 8 points in 9 seconds late in Game One to start the series...

Anyways, in my reference earlier, the Pacers won both games in Indiana to go up 3-1 in the series. The Knicks came back to MSG and won 96-95 to stay alive.

New York went back to Indiana needing just one road win to bring the series back home to the Garden and repeat what they accomplished in 1994.

A relatively easy win set up a G7 winner take all and the right to meet the Orlando Magic in the ECF.

Pacers controlled a lot of the 2h until the Knicks made a late rally. Ewing missed the finger roll at the buzzer and Indiana advanced.

Anyways, every since G4 ended I've felt this series could have a similar outcome.

Just a hunch we're watching G7 and MSG on Monday night!

Killer instinct is a big part of being a championship team. The Pacers didn't show that tonight. Part of that was the Knicks imposing their will on both ends. Still, a guy like Hali absolutely disappeared tonight.

Inexcusable!

Saturday night should be a lot of fun... The Fieldhouse should be absolutely insane.
