The Sabres really thought last night that Babcock was coming here (thought they had a deal in place basically), they didn't find out he wasn't until 11:30am today. Comments today on local radio are that they are quite pissed, and actually feel "played" by Babcock. They pretty much feel misled by Babcock, almost as if he used them to drive up the price from the Leafs essentially.
