Took till the last minute to break 40 in Charlotte but will still go under for the quarter (game total hits right in middle of open and close)

That game went to OT and hit game over

Wild enough, Hawks and Pacers 4th quarter went UNDER.

Stons and Memphis went over just barely in 4th but after 3 low scoring quarters that was not unexpected.
