I think it's 'fake beef', tbh.

If anything KD leaving helped Russ immensely. Wouldn't even be in MVP conversations had KD stayed.

Made him more likeable based on the 'loyalty' thing,

And allowed him to play his style aka Kobe-ball with no-one complaining because of that roster.

They'll act up for the cameras no doubt.
 
You don't get the rookie freezeouts in ASG's anymore...hehe...

Game lost any luster for me last few years...dayum near unwatchable...

As always, having two 'showmen' at the PG position is what makes this game go.
