I was talking with a pretty significant CEO recently about drug legalization. The conversation turned to employees with drug problems. One of the things she brought up was that companies can handle almost any problem in singularity but that often a hard drug user will end up getting other employees hooked as well. Hiring a junky or former junky is a tough proposition and the Cowboys should be careful they don't have a pandemic (pun intended and word misused but intentionally so)
