The media is running with this, but I feel very certain that Saban did not mean it as a dig at Oats. Probably never even crossed his mind, other than it may have been the excuse that Mitchell used. Because there is a less than zero chance that Saban would have suspended Brandon Miller if he was the bball coach, given what we know in that case. In any event, doubt Mitchell makes it back to campus in any capacity as a student.
