About Last Night!

Pretty much a regular
I’m watching this Jorga vs G Tech game go from a shocking upset win by Tech to an all time classic! In the midst of it all I’m watching Bank in the ingame thread all by himself asking and answering questions to who know who!? It was awesome! Felt compelled to chime in as others did as well.
Have to hope, this is what we’ll see more of as we enter into these next couple weeks and THEN…A month of CFB PLAYOFFS!!! LFG!!!!!

I kinda lost interest in the overtime’s. Don’t really like the 2 point only stuff and Kirby calling a timeout every time after seeing formation was redic. Can’t blame him but at the very least they gotta limit those timeouts cause it got to where I only even saw like 4 the plays, I got way to much add for all that time wasting bull shit plus wasn’t that invested with +17.5, lol.

Little worried for my nephew today, he only been driving year-ish, don’t think he ever drove in snow but he has tix to mizzou/arky and he gonna have to drive thru snow band coming straight down hwy 70 which is the exact way from stl to Columbia. Kinda feel bad I bet arky+3.5 too, lol, I bet against cardinals while at many a game and fake cheer for the home team while hoping like hell they lose!!!!

A great game was partially ruined by the ridiculous OT rules in college football. With the current rules in college football, I think we will see more and more games like that though, which is a net positive for fans. And underdog bettors

They have to stop giving them another time out after every freaking 2 point try. I dont love it anyways but Kirby calling timeout every fucjing time grech lined up made me stop paying attention.

I thought GT should've gone for 2 when they scored last in 1st ot. Win or lose it there. I thought the ot were ridiculous. The ball should be placed at the 2 vs 3 so the A gap run is more of an option.
In hindsight GT shouldn't have gone prevent defense even up 14 with 6 minutes left. The fumble was unfortunate as it almost certainly cost them the game. And I agree that they definitely should have gone for 2 in the first OT, but I think it became pretty clear that GT didn't have any 2 point plays they felt comfortable with

I havnt had a chance to be part of as many in-game this year cause my wife health, yesterday I had her drugged up and sleeping and I was practically in there alone till you showed up! I wasn’t gonna let that stop me!!!

It takes more than talking to myself to shut me up, sometimes I find I’m the smartest person I know to talk to! 😂 present company excluded of course, ya’ll pretty great round here!!

We could all see they didn't have any 2 point plays that they should've been comfortable with. Those weren't good.

Kirby knew everything G Tech was running in OT it appeared. Very impressive performance by him.

I thought the fumble by King could have been called for targeting. Glad the officials stayed out of the way on that particular play but couldn’t help themselves afterwards. Picking up flags is an example of an official not clearly seeing what happened and throwing it anyway. Should be the opposite. Leave flag in pocket unless it egregious and impacts the play.

Well said.

Haynes King was so damn good last night. Like most everyone else, he was just worn out by the time the game got deep into OT. So smart for Smart to blitz him on that last possession.

Mentioned in another thread, just glad King's still not at A&M today.

And he's not even 100%. Pyron was supposed to get alot more snaps in this game, but couldn't get a sniff because King was so good.

Great point on his health. He showed himself especially in that Miami game. You could tell he was hurting but he kept coming back for me.

Helluva player.

Yea, I don’t blame him, it kinda like the tush push only the eagles seem smart enough to figure out works way better than shotgun from inside the 1!! It’s the rule that needs changed but by all means I’m not knocking the guys smart enough to take advantage, I question how the other teams watch them do it and don’t do the same! There no damn way they should be allowed a time out every ot once ot is simply going for 2, it’s dumb, of course Kirby knew cause he saw their formation and called time out every fucking time, left them scrambling for a new play like a bunch of retards. Kirby prob scared them out of running their best stuff several times!! That one time they did that dumb shit where all the lineman off to one side the field and try throwing to a fat guy, I couldn’t help but laugh. That seriously the best they got for 2 yards? I woulda told Kirby what I was doing every stinking time, king and rb side by side, motion the jet sweep and give king 3 options over and over again. Bet they woulda punched in a lot more that way than trying to throw to fat ppl!!

I’m guess I’m glad I didn’t know he was gonna play all game and could throw or I’d prob have had a taste of the ml, of course I would have bet way way more than I did on the 17.5 also. Books wernt sure cause I couldn’t find a king prop anywhere which these days is about best injury report you can get in ncaa!!
