i think we need to add one more snaking round (or cut one out) so the 1st pick doesn't get an extra round going first at the end without going last to wrap it up

(i realize the initial round 2 repeat in round 3 to make it more fair with the better teams, but still)

100 peanuts, 1 point for NCAA tourney bid (all 68) and 1 for each NCAA tourney win

Actually the rule was you had to win the play-in game to be part of the field of 64 to get a point.
