We'll start with the NBA Championship -- feel free to add any other futures discussion that you would like this summer.

I have already placed a few myself, although one at a PPH is much better than the odds listed below.

The draft and Free Agency lie ahead these next few weeks. Some big trades are still to come and one, Giannis, could possibly be a game changer for one of these teams.

I'll be adding Eastern Conference futures as things unfold. Much like I want to attack the AL in MLB, I feel like that's the way to go in the NBA due to the depth of the West. Add in the defending champs will only become better and that's the best course of action.

You can find Detroit at +5000 at a few locations. I'd say that's worth some lunch money. I have a +6000 from a PPH I played Sunday night a few hours after the NBA Finals concluded.

The Spurs were always going to be a bet, and I grabbed that +2800 at BetOnline on Monday. That's widely available and possibly can find one a bit higher elsewhere.

Tell me what you are seeing!

Anything else popping for you? Any looks at other futures? MVP odds are out. You can also get on Giannis future location as well.

Hmmm
Knicks homer but I'd want almost double that (+1900 or more )

Magic should be much better but WTF is +1000 , of want +2400 or more

Nuggets at +1600;aren't horrible considering they took OKC to 7 with a beat down roster

PISTONS at +4000 look like the only value on the board imo .

Imo the last decade the books have decreased the odds so much that futures almost unbettable. I remember some sharp guys got semi wealthy betting Burrow to win the Heisman the first month of that season. Nowadays he'd start at 30 to 1 and come down from there. Versus like 100 to 1 start back then. So little value anymore

Spot on brother ...Especially since it's become legal almost everywhere ...They took the value out ...I remember betting mobile QBs for the Heisman at long odds ..My best cash was on Lamar at between 175-1 and 125-1 , nowadays he'd open with 10 other QBs under 35-1 ...

It's BS now

You can get Orlando at better odds elsewhere, fwiw.

I'm not sure why BOL took that early stance.

I like their two star guys. They still need a more modern offense and some players!

Still, a playoff team.

Nuggets have depth issues and I'd expect they try to make a few moves. My thing in the West is you better have some great value with OKC manning the top of conference for years to come.

Hence why I'm concentrating on the East.

Knicks lost all value at this point. This same happened last off-season -- then Brunson gets injured and I was able to grab them at 33-1 on April 6th.

Detroit with value for sure. As I said, my PPH had +6000 Sunday night and I hopped on! I know a few others grabbed them at +5000 on BAS/Bovada early this week too. This current number is about as low as I want to go.

It didn't work out but last year after a few months I got cavs at 5 to 1 to win just East. They ended #1 seed at like +200. I thought that was great value even though it lost. So ill look Dec/Jan. Your Indiana at +5000 was great value. To me there's 2 types of futures. One is like both of us betting on Jax to win AFC South. The other r long odds that can make u a ton. Like I know one guy made over 100k on Burrow Heisman. And like DoubleUp hitting 175 and 125 to 1 on Lamar. Those can change your life a little. Sadly the 2nd opp pretty much gone now

Alright,

The season fires up next week. I need to catch up on some preseason stuff this week as I'm way behind. I tend to try to find a team with a pace change and look at their totals more aggressively early on in the season. We'll see if anything like that is available!

What futures are we eyeing?

As far as the hometown 'Stons -- I'd love for the NBA to figure out their decision on Malik Beasley. The FBI cleared him a few months ago but the NBA wasn't satisfied with that? Anyways -- hopefully all goes well and he stays in Detroit. That would be a massive 'addition'.

LeBron out early, whoop-de-doo. That is good for Luka triple doubles etc.

Orlando will be the team to really watch in the East. You all know I hate their pace. That is one thing holding them back a bit. The roster continues to grow though!

Houston is the team out West that will be closely watched by many. I'm not sure if the FVV injury is a curse, or a blessing. I'm just kidding -- he's rock solid and will be missed.

I mean if Wemby is all nba they should win 44?? Same with Flagg Davis?? Char with Miller Ball Bridges now Knuepple can win 28?? Injuries as always make overs risky.

Spurs should win a nice amount.

New coach was with Pop for 5-6 years? That's the big question.

Will this be a team that maximizes the regular season?

Dallas is a team I think will be sneaky good.

I can see 45+ no problem.

Dallas seems like a trap. I don't know anyone who would go under that total.

And thank you for finally changing the font. Felt like you were shouting for a minute.
