2025 NFL Draft Discussion

I could totally see Milroe fitting in with Pittsburgh. Steelers clearly value QBs who can run.

And he throws bombs well, like Russell.

He's a replica of Justin Fields. Would make no sense.
Milroe wasn’t good in college with pro athletes around him. Not sure why he would be considered a 1st rounder.
I think Sanders pro day showed to be average as opposed to others thinking he looked good. I saw a poor touch with intermediate passes. His range is from Russell Wilson to Daniel Jones.
What will the Rams do? I’d be surprised if we didn’t take the Ole Miss, OSU, Louisville or Cuse QB with one of their picks. With the 26th pick I’d like to see CB, LB or OT. Egbuka is a player who fits the Rams profile so wouldn’t be surprised if he was taken at 26.
Overall, this is one of the worst drafts regarding the top 10 I can remember in recent memory.

I wouldn't let Etienne sway me from drafting Jeanty. Now you can argue a combo of him and Bigsby is has more value than using the #5 pick on a RB.

But Jeanty is elite IMO.
I agree that Jeanty looks solid, I just don't get the point. He'd still have to run behind our o-line and we already have talent at the position -- with a good runner and a good pass-catcher -- that is likewise limited by the o-line. And we have more dire needs that could be satisfied in this draft. Granted, you could also say that we have bigger needs than interior d-line, but I think it's definitely more of a need than running back. I'm also not sure that Graham is worth getting picked that high.

I think it would make sense for us to trade down and maybe let the Raiders get Jeanty if Campbell isn't still available -- I think a solid guard would help way more than a good running back.

McShay was saying how he's talked to alot of higher ups saying how alot of these guys who signed huge NIL deals are already broke.
I can see that.

Buying clothes, jewelry and cars... Plus the family dipping in as well.

Hoping Graham falls to 11 at the 9ers. I know Nolan is trending hot right now. Both fill a big need but I just trust Graham’s floor to help fix the rush defense.

But we already heave Etienne?

Yeah spending a first on Etienne only to draft another RB is classic bad organization 101. They should draft a OT. But if it’s a clean slate and a new regime maybe they want what should be a top 3 RB in the league. Just not a lot of value though in that pick.
