I feel much better about getting swept than losing the way Toronto did. If that was my team I don't think I'd ever be able to watch the sport again.

Fortunately there are very few actual fans in Toronto. Its a status city that only cares about attaching themselves to a winner. The jays were winning so suddenly everybody was a jays fan. Now that they've lost, torontonians will just look for something else successful to suck up to.

It's hilarious that Law & Order actually made an episode about Bartman. I'm not sure how a Cubs fan doesn't laugh when that one comes on.

Cub this was opening day of ST the season after you won the WS. Think it was the first game in the new stadium. I'm the PG obviously. Met Billy Buckner and had my first Old Style that day. Also was the DD so it was one and done but a great time.

All I know is losing from all the professional teams I've been a fan of but nothing compares to being a Jays fan right now.

Watch the espn 30 for 30 on him and that game. He still keeps a very low profile to this day.

I still want to strangle Devin Williams for choking away a series last season but thats nothing in comparision to being two outs away from winning the World Series like Seattle was.
