Wow the A’s went from a intersting team to total dog shit over the course this month. Not sure what happened I think they have a lot of good young players but they have started becoming incredibly free swingers and striking out a redic amount. When the last time Berrios fanned 7 guys the 1st time thru a lineup? Probably never.

Tough team to break down with the three years in Sacramento. None of them can get settled, everything with Vegas is a free for all in that they don't know when they're moving there. Can't just make a home in Sacramento for obvious reasons.
Easy to say third world problems but regardless the wealth these dudes are living out of a suitcase for the next few years and that can't be ideal.

I think nats get to burnes a little bit today. Prob nothing like yesterday but over 1.5 runs allowed seems like a winner to me. Or just the game over cause like some snakes bats vs Parker.

I remember last year before tigers got rolling @B.A.R. posted a similar stat like they won every game they scored just 2-3 runs. Unfortunately for Texas I’m not sure their lineup has the upside? I understand why they overpaid Semien when they did and it did lead them to a WS but now they paying a guy hitting below the Mendoza line with a ops lower than .600! That is a minor leaguer making 20+ mil a year? Then they paying Seager a ton and he worth it when he plays but he has missed a bunch and hasn’t got rolling, he could def help pick up the scoring if he gets hot.

Honestly as this clip started Jim Edmonds popped into my head (Angels involved) but this might top it!
My favorite catch remains the one that saved Buehrle‘s perfect game. Gotta also consider the moment

Edmonds made lot of good ones but that was pretty sick. Edmonds played so shallow which obviously helped his pitchers, made for a lot of great catches going back to get it. I have no idea how he could tell where ball going and get on his horse so quickly? My blind ass would be froze having to find ball and then it be over my head! Lol.
