Something doesn’t seem right with Gray this year, 17:13 k:bb thru 25 innings isn’t close to him at his best. Im assuming you see something being against him today, any thoughts on what it is? Or is it just a play on Gallon who looks like one of the 5 best pitchers in baseball? Playing the over w snakes leads me to believe there something you not liking bout gray?

I really thought Gray would be off his “A” game and he was
As it turned out the D’Backs offense went to sleep after the 3rd inning
They left 9 on base and went 1-6 with RISP

I wasn’t really interested in snakes pen so I was on them 1st 5, Gallen made me a little nervous in 5th but luckily they got 4 off gray and it worked out.

I was just curious if you think something wrong w Gray? He looks like shit compared to last season but I’m just going off results, I havnt really watched him as I’m sure you have.

I like where you going with it today. There no damn way cards should be favored over anyone not named oakland at the moment! I have no clue how the hell they came up w that line? Who knows wtf Flaherty gonna do? Canning throws more sliders and off speed than fastballs which has been what everyone killing cardinals offense with. The book is out cause I never seen ohtani throw as many sliders back to back to back repeatedly as he did last night, for good reason, cardinals right handers been looking stupid against everyone’s sliders! Even if flaherty has a decent day the pen is awful. I didn’t think laa pen was any good either but they been good enough to prevent cards from scoring. Silly line.
 
I’d feel better bout the team total over if I thought ohtani would DH today, I have no clue if he will after pitching last night and day game today? I think he had a day off in gm1 the series so maybe he will hit today?

Like the Red Sox, I can’t see wainwright being able to navigate his way thru this lineup a few times without getting knocked around. You feel ok about Paxton tho?
