why is college gameday in north dakota?

who at espn comes up wit this shit? they have a college gameday at a fcs school, an tha game wont even be shown on as a nationally televised game. shit makes no sense. either have it there an show tha game nationally on espn/espn2 or some shit or pick a different location at a big school. college gameday at Stanford today wit tha top 25 vs top 25 wouldn't have been a better location?
