Who to play this week?

So I just made a trade of 85 and a fifth round draft pick next year in our keeper league for Marques Colston...

Leaves me with a question on who to start this week as I like my 3 RBs matchups (LT, Chris Johnson, Thomas Jones) too much to sit one out of the flex spot...

I need to SIT one...

Do I really sit Wayne? Thats kinda the way Im leaning right now...
