Who is the worst team in the NFL?

KC is not but their record of late would argue otherwise.

Det still in the mix, beating Chi in OT at home isn't enough for me to remove them from the list of bottom dwellers.

Baltimore is in my bottom 5 for sure.

Jax is Jax.

Washington starting to look like the team everyone expected them to be.

Way more shitty teams this year than there are good ones.

Ravens haven't lost a game by more than a possession:

Such a tough question, there are so many bad teams in the league right now. Not that it necessarily means anything, but the one team that I still think would be an underdog vs every other team in the league on a neutral field is the Jags. As bad as the Niners, Ravens, Kittens, Bucs and Titans are Jax are still at the worst IMO.

Skins are nowhere near the worst btw, I'm not even sure they are bottom 10. They've competed in every game except this last one and could have beaten the Fins and Falcons if not for some bad breaks late in those games. I think they wind up with 6 or more wins this season, which is better than most would have expected out of them.

I'm curious to hear your bottom 10 teams Galt. If you have time today post them up.

Its crazy bc even these bad teams can beat almost any team on a given day. thre are a lot of bad teams, but there arent historically bad teams like there have been in past seasons.

Can't argue with that list at all salt although I think Niners are a couple tics up. Scary though to think that Rams are bottom 10 (can't disagree) when you know no one wants to play them at home.

32. Jax
31. Niners
30. Bucs
29. Tits
28. Kittens
27. Bears
26. Ravens
25. KC (lol Fat Andy)
24. Sexans
23. Rams

:shake:
3 or 4 teams I feel differently about when it comes to Foreskins comparison.

BOL

Houston is definitely in the bottom 5. I would put Jax, CHI, DET, HOU and Titans in the bottom 5 with Balty and SF knocking on the door. I actually think KC is decent (they've been in most games late) and Rams have talent.

Fun to do the best IYO too...

My Top 5:

1. Pats
2. Pack
3. Steelers (with & without Ben)
4. Panthers
5. Cardinals/Falcons

Refuse to put Broncos in there because they're lucky.
Refuse to put Bengals in there because I hate them.
Refuse to put an NFC East team in there because they're all Yag.

I think its more important to look at which teams are overvalued. I think the Ravens are overrated in a big way because of name recognition and prior year performances.

The other teams are bad but I think the lines show how bad they are.

Agree with that.

It's just nice to say as a fan that the Cards have lost two games in which it feels like they thoroughly outplayed the opposition but failed to translate to scoreboard. So many years of rare victories in spite of getting completely outplayed...hope it doesn't bite em in the ass by not finishing (of course they were on a week long vacation at the Greenbrier!) but it's nice that the losses don't sting so much.

That said I believe Broncos, Bengals and Falcons come crashing down, I've watched all three every game. Luck has been on their sides.

By the numbers (Elo)...

1. Jaguars

2. Titans

3. Buccaneers

4. Redskins

5. Bears

6. Raiders

By the numbers (Power index, not updated for this week but still almost the same)...

2. Jaguars

3. Bears

4. Raiders

5. 49ers

6. Texans

1. NE
2. GB
3. PITT
4. CAROLINA
5. CINCY

Top 5. Although I think SEATTLE improves as the season goes on and will find their way back on list.

Not sure Sea in top 10 right now.

1. NE
2. GB
3. Cin
4. Den
5. Pit
Arz, Car next out. Then Jets, Atl - Sea prob #10 (although Indy and whoever wins tonight arguably could be 10).

Hard to gauge the Pats and Panthers cause their schedule has been so weak.

Panthers did make a case yesterday though but we really just don't know how bad the Hags are at this point.

Worst team based on overall talent is probably still Jacksonville or maybe Chicago, but based on their play on the field it looks to be Detroit.

In terms of best overall roster talent excluding QB's (in no particular order)...

Vikings, Eagles, Packers, Broncos, Chiefs, Seahawks, Dolphins, Cowboys, Bengals, Bills with the Dolphins getting honorable mention.

I love the talent the Rams have. just not there yet and coach is suspect as hell.

So glad my boys have started to climb the ladder and are out of this conversation......Just Win Baby!
