What time are the KC Royals getting into Texas tonight?

rain delay going on in STL.. Tomorrow they play texas..


rough spot.. Struggling Wade Davis vs Holland.
 
Tarp back on field. Guessing play resumes about 1:20 am Central time IF THEY START BACK UP. Big big sweat for a lot of people, as if the umps wash it out, then STL wins 2-1 through 8 innings, and RL and totals bets get no-actioned.

As you can tell, it's a big deal to the degenerates.

IF they start playing, then my guess is that they don't get to Arlington before sunrise.

I would think it would be a much bigger issue on Saturday than Friday, but who knows. We all have our opinions when it comes to that shit.

Crazy this thing is still delayed, almost 2am now in St Louis...very rare situation (can't remember ever seeing this) where the team losing when the game is called (if it gets called) ends up the winner.

STL ground crew was very slow. KC guys were helping bring out the Diamond dry, as shown above.

Game fixin to start soon. KC out of warm bodies on the bench. KC players (hosmer, baseballs; moose, sunflower seeds) were throwing shit to the fans behind their dugout an hour ago.

Game is about to start. It will be 3:05 am CDT when the first pitch is thrown.
 
price flying up on Texas, presumably on this game getting over at an absurd hour. Davis stinks, Holland stinks also. Will look forward to doing more work in that game in a few hours. KC's spot to lose would be Saturday, not tomorrow, especially if they win tonight. Game starting within one minute.
 
I bet TEX RL tomorrow..

Cain has horrible #'s vs STL.. Cant trust.. maybe fade game #2..
 
Rex one thing you were wrong about...Cards wouldnt have won, it would have to be suspended & completed later. If the road team takes the lead u cant revert back to a score in which they were losing. If the Royals didnt take the lead they could have awarded STL the win

i thought there was a rule about starting a game after midnight local time? anyone know?
 
Dwoww...actually I dont think rex was wrong, I think you may be incorrect on the subject. I believe there was a rulechange that took place involving this situation. Had West implemented the new rule, the kc scoring inthe 9th wouldve been wiped out and the cards wouldve gotten the win.....should be interesting to see how the royals, eho have less offense punch than the cubs pitching staff right now, play against the rangers

yes Dwow - they changed the rule this year I think. Also, I was referring to gambling purposes. The RL and total would have been no actioned and StL ML bets would have been winners, not losers. Had this happened with the game tied after 9 and KC did all this in the 10th, then if Cowboy Joe had stopped the game, then the bets with the RL and total would both have action (KC +1.5 and UNDER the winners) and ML would be a push. As far as reality goes, I'm not sure but my guess is that they would have had to replay the game.

The 3:05 Saturday afternoon game in Arlington tomorrow is when the royals really get done in.

Win last night, feeling all team-ish getting into Arlington, tough tonight out with adrenaline, get into a hotel bed at 2:00 am, wake up the next day playing in whatever the heat index is--THAT'S when things get brutal. Shields pitching makes it even more attractive imo-players could lose a mental edge even more when they know in the back of their heads that the ace is pitching for them that day.
