Sharieff Rhaheed-Muhammad recently accepted a football scholarship from Louisville. (WPTV-5 West Palm Beach)​
Three-star Louisville football recruit Sharieff Rhaheed-Muhammad was arrested Monday on felony charges of lewd lascivious behavior after allegedly impregnating his 14-year-old cousin, according to WPTV NewsChannel 5′s Will Greenlee (via Deadspin’s Barry Petchesky).

Police reportedly obtained a warrant for a DNA sample, which proved with nearly 100 percent certainty that he was the father. The victim reportedly chose to abort the pregnancy.
From Greenlee’s report:
The teen girl’s mother told police she bought a pregnancy test and confronted her daughter in October after seeing her daughter acting strangely. The mother said her daughter began crying, saying she had had sex with Rhaheed-Muhammad.
The girl said she was 11 when Rhaheed-Muhammad began touching her inappropriately. She said when they had sex in June 2013, Rhaheed-Muhammad “did not force himself on her and that it just happened.”

Rhaheed-Muhammad plays linebacker for Fort Pierce (Fla.) Central High School
A spokesperson for Louisville told WPTV that coach Bobby Petrino had been made aware of the situation.

That's clearly not what anybody or anything is saying. Now you're exaggerating. It's simply legal, accepted, and it happens in Muslim society.

My issue is he was very generic when saying "muslims do it all the time" so he pretty much assumes that if you are a muslim you would be into incest and it's ok with you.
There is also the same thought that "muslims don't drink alcohol" bullshit I know tons of muslims who don't follow this mentality. That statement was ignorant because it generalized a huge population who are of the Islamic faith but do not follow those types of principals.
 
Well, ok...I think you read a little more into the statement than was intended. Maybe he's exaggerated, but, then again, is he? How often would this have to occur within Muslim families for it to be safe to say "Muslims do it all the time"? Occurs within 50% of Muslim families? 20% of Muslim families? 10%? 5%? 2%?

when you think about the Islamic population in the world based on stats in 2013 there's a projected 1.6 BILLIONS Muslims. think about that number of a second and start to wonder just really how many of them are really doing incest?

Incest is really not openly spoken about with many muslims especially those who live in western countries or those brought up with western education. most of this usually occurs through a pre arranged marriage, heck the Saudi's don't do this. There is poly relationships where the men have tons of wives but they don't sleep with their own kin as much as people want to think it.

So you keep bringing up these posts, I get it. I never once denied the fact that incest happens but the issue is that is still generic as fuck what do you want me to say to my muslim friends? Hey is your wife really your sister/cousin/mom? If you have any muslim friends I dare you to speak about it to them and how offensive it sounds.
