• SF -3½ - The Niners cross the country for a 2nd straight week following 22 pt win LW in Charlotte. While ATL did lose by 6 a week ago in Tampa (21-15 & 420-261 yd diff), they are 5-0 ATS in ‘22 including a pair of upsets over SEA and CLE. With just a 2-7 ATS mark in home matchups dating back to LY for the Falcons and SF covering 10 of their past 14 overall, I believe I'll back SF for a DD victory today.
• IND -1½ Double-revenge for the Colts today vs a Jags team that has upset Indy in 2 straight and covered vs Colts 6 straight. In their week 2 matchup, the Jags (+3) shutout IND 24-0. JAX did struggle LW at home vs HOU only managing 6 points with 5 turnovers. The Colts meanwhile have extra rest returning home after a surprising 12-9 comeback win in OT against DEN in what may be the ugliest primetime game in NFL history. Despite recent history and a 1-6 ATS mark as a DIV HF coming in, it’s now or never for the Colts in this one against a Jaguars squad that’s failed to cover 22 of their past 32 as an AD. Colts due to easily cover this small number.
