BOL tonight Grind. Was thinking about the over in Wake, but a couple of good guys are on the under, so I'll sit out.

One month til hoops bro.

Thanks fellas... not used to seeing you 'round these parts so late, timmy. hope you enjoyed your trip.

D$$$$$, oh i already know you're geared up for another season of the one-man spread buster - the man, the myth, the legend aka FIRST TEAM ALL BIG EAST, Deonta muthafuckin Vaughn!!

Given what Memphis is allowing on the ground this year, I believe the duo of Bolen and Anderson are going to give that rush d fits. Think they'll come out and smash them right in the mouth up front. As we all know once you establish the run, it'll open the pass and I expect Cantwell to fully take advantage and take his fair share of shots downfield to his 6'8 target Chichester and lil Beaumont aka Deion Branch. Memphis has some sexy numbers in the turnover and sacks categories, but they're very prone to giving up the big run. I think we'll see the type of day Anderson had against K-State. I came away the least bit impressed with the way Memphis tackled against UAB last week, though Webb is a very elusive qb

I don't feel like Ron English and his defensive unit are getting enough credit, as they've improved in all facets from last year. They're definitely rejuvenated, communitcating well, playing downhill and attacking the pocket - getting leverage. Toughest defense memphis will have played to date imo. Memphis offensive numbers are impressively balanced, and it'll be interesting to see if they too can establish the run to open up the big play downfield in which they thrive on. They love to take their shots downfield..

Scott Long, Ville's leading receiver coming into the year, will see his first action after recovering from a broken foot. He's a big target with great hands and gives louisville yet another solid look in the passing game, especially in the redzone

Redflags for the Ville are the porous kicking game and lack of depth at qb. we all saw what happened against uconn when cantwell had to leave from the ankle injury... can't afford that ankle to flare up tonight

Last positive note - Louisville is coming off their bye, which gave Cantwell and a few others who were dinged up some much needed rest. For the most part, the Cards are coming into this one healthy

'Grats on the sweep last night and good to see you on the Ville tonight - GL.

And yes, Vaughn was a one-man team more often than not last year. Hopefully he has a little more help this season.

Thanks Az, Marlo, Cap & D$ - GL to ya'll

D$ - Cronin will have that program in the top 25 before we know it

5-0 +8u on wagers yesterday (will record as 3-0 on posted record). Been a lucky mfer the last two nights with the Hou 2nd half thurs and getting that bullshit ville cover last night. Lets see, Ville got outgained nearly 200 yards, compiled 13 first downs to memph's 27, ran back a kick-off, blocked a fg and returned it for a td before half, and swooped up a fumble return td in the fourth. My condolences to Memphis backers :shake:

Nice couple of days. Looking forward to redeeming myself this upcoming hoops season, after all the bullshit beats I took last year. Looking forward to your solid analysis in NCAA hoops. Season is quickly approaching.
