Week 6 What Are We Learning

Turnovers.

Mizzou probably wins that game late.

Texas likely win.

Coaches being conservative.

Again, Texas played for a FG when they knew the opposition would have 90+ seconds to tie or win.

Texas and Oklahoma is a great example for playoff naysayers of how the sport will evolved. These two likely play again in two months with the winner having a great shot at the playoff (provided 1 loss or less each). That made today a bit less relevant.

Ohio State covered, but that's still not impressive overall. A very good team, top 10 but still 3rd rated by myself in the Big Ten East -- for now. They'll grow and grow.

Officials in SC are on crack.

A pretty clear TD, end of 3Q, was called a TD.

The quickest review ever, overturned.

They've twice made big mistakes on announcements.

There was another odd review as well before half that likely was not a TD, but they gave.

the dogs gundy and campbell rose from the dead - in hindsight were perfect spots for these 2 that we should of all saw coming

Georgia Tech doing Georgia Tech things and sadly Miami doing Miami things.

Last year Georgia Tech won twice as a 21 point dog and also lost as a 20 point to a MAC school, No Illinois.

This year they now have a win as 19.5 point dog and a loss as 21 point favorite vs a MAC school, Bowling Green.

There was a reason Louisville was included in the 12 or so teams listed pre-season to finish the season undefeated. No Clemson or FSU. Well they just crossed a big hurdle of the list yesterday. Pretty fortunate to get Notre Dame when they did too.

And speaking of playing a team at the right team, Georgia couldn't have caught UK at a better time. They seemed a popular play yesterday and coverd easily for the 1st time all year.

Kevin Steele as well. I’m sure you remember that disaster in Waco on 9/11/99. That was the worst possible — a 100-yard fumble return as time expired to give UNLV a 27-24 win over Baylor.

Man, that's a blast from the past. Cluster-f, indeed.
