Week 3 RAS/tout/service/Walters release in-game...

Hi all, been working on other things most of the day and was not monitoring the ticker. Saw some bets come in earlier on sides. Cannot confirm they are Right Angle at this point because one of the guys I check numbers with is at the beach until Wednesday evening.

Significant movement on the following games earlier

103 La Tech bet from +6 to 4.5

111 Indiana from 2 to 4 to 7. Betonline really whiffed on that open; they made BG 3. I made it PICK, and the M opened IU -4.

149 Kansas went from +18 to +15 or so.

161 Illinois went from +15 to +13 ish

188 UTEP went from -10 to -11 or more.

Those games all got hit by the same guys, which leads me to believe they are Right Angle.

Also sharp money on 134 GT, 154 Texas Tech, 194 Boston College and 197 Northern Illinois.

I will try to post my sides tomorrow; working on another out that will allow me to get down on Monday without creating a ruckus.

I am sure the top games are RAS; there is 5-figure exposure to all of those games at multiple shops so I am relatively sure it's them because no one else has that M-O this early in the week.
 
Some games have shown some movement this morning but I honestly don't know what to make of any of it. I see zero money I respect on any games today thus far.

irish, i made the game higher and would think it won't go down anymore but you're not near any key numbers so you can wait

Still should be 21 imo. I think passing 17 says a lot and its not getting to 21, but I would have played for a unit at 18. In this instance I have a lot of units on -14. Might sell 1 back for the chance of a middle, but I really feel confident in this play so may not.

Thanks for the info, but doesn't Ras release those at like 2 pm eastern on Monday's and your post was at 9:19 pm like 7 hours after. So is the intent to post these to fade at better #s?
 
Part of the thread is to track where "sharp" money invested on a given week. It is informative about how those people view particular teams even if you aren't tailing or fading after the moves. I just find it interesting to see where RAS, or BW, or the pokers or whoever are backing on a given week ... sort of gives insight into what teams they believe are overvalued or undervalued. So from a retrospective standpoint it has value at year end if you are interested in going back through these weekly threads.

I tan, therefore I am .... still one of my faves... and i love & respect cruz since my 2003 (or 2004) covers blast of their bk team, which was a big win for me but I went totally out of line calling them Shittsburgh etc.... i am sure he remembers because i do and i was in the wrong...

There is a history there and the Cocks always play them tough, they have something to prove at home. UGA will have to throw the ball to win this game and thats on the back of thier young QB that is missing a lot of his weapons. Lean Scary to play it close and have chance for the win.
 
I like Georgia, but public perception of SC is low right now which is affecting the value on the game. If they beat A&M in week 1, this line would be lower.

I'm considering taking the -5.5 now, and hedging if need be on Saturday. Would be hard to resist a middle opportunity if it got beyond -7.

The line should be closer to a pick imo - I dont even like the 5.5 - the value all lies on Scary imo. If it gets to 7 i'll be elated.

I don't think my sister had ever called me with a gambling tip before, but I guess she found out that Kaaya was starting for the U just before the Louisville game. Having watched him for four years in the CA Southern Section, she called me and said, "OMG, he's terrible." She was, apparently, onto something.

Well if you listen to Trent dilfer and his elite 11 qb camp where they play 7 on 7, kaaya is a stud lol
 
i don't know, too early to tell.

Slight move on Ohio U +20.5 but it was phoney, because after game went to 19 at some places, it's quickly gone back to where it started and a couple of 21's popped up as well.
 
164 TCU could potentially go up a bit more, and the same guy who bet them also bet Houston +17.5 so I expect the dog to continue to drop there.

My might have a bit of overreaction to the UTSA loss (UTSA is a very well coached team) & BYU pulling away from a TX team that everyone knew (or should have known sucks)

Kill confirmed that Leidner (Minny QB) will start on Saturday fwiw. He is NOT a pocket passer if you've ever seen him play (obviously), so this is probably a plus for TCU backers.

Wouldn't classify Mason as a young QB. He's a 5th year senior with a half dozen starts & over 200 pass attempts. If they lose, I don't think he'll be the reason. More than likely it will be because Davis goes off for 150+, although the Dawgs did a nice job on Clemson.
 
looks to be some support for East Carolina 125 today, guessing this line goes to 10 at some point. That's the number I'm hoping to lay with 126, so we'll see if i'm right.

Game 164 TCU has been bet back up by movers to 14.5 and 15, and the total in that game also going up as well.

Some money for 172 Utah State but I don't see it on the tickers i am monitoring.
 
one of my sharp friends thinks i'm wrong in regards to reading the movement on 164, he thinks the favorite will end up being the right side.

The same guy who bet 164 and just bet 151, so Georgia is going up to 6.5. I also think that is fake but could be wrong.
