okkkkk now that i FINALLY have a second to write some shit up!

my thoughts on atlanta were simple. if mcfadden could run for almost 150 against KC.... then turner sure as hell could tear them apart.

plus with thigpen in his first start, it was no doubt going to be a shaky outing and due for a couple of turnovers... and he ended up throwing 3 picks

i know this is after the fact i just havent had a minute

i appreciate yall who gave me some good advice to just take some time to reflect, get drunk, and not follow football this weekend. just enjoy life. thats what i did

got up at 8 am today to go with 2 of my buddies to the baltimore harbor, by noon we were drinking =)

caught some of the skins game with no action on it and that was about it.....
i think we decided the best course of action to deal with the situation is to take out a LOAN.... but not sold on it yet.

ill have some GB thoughts up in a sec!

alright, sunday night football thread is up

i know the philly/yanks ML parlay is unconventional lol, but i didnt want to lay the -3.5 in what might be a close game, and hell, last game in yankee stadium tonight for the yanks, with pettite on the hill who has DOMINATED the o's in his career

i dont see them losing tonight.... huge emotional game for the yanks... fans have been there since 9 am this mornin! anyways back to football.... go broncos! GL fellas...

but in this spot, i think its the right play. i usually play about 3-4 teasers a season, and they tend to only be in primetime TV spots where i wont lay the 8+ points, and i have a strong lean on the total as well..

well tonight fits that spot. favre should be given the green light tonight and i really believe the conservative playcalling will change. this is brett favre on monday night football, i think schottenheimer should take a lot more chances tonight and look to let brett air it out.
Like I said in discussion thread, I'm pretty sure you will see schottenheimer employ a more agressive offensive gameplan tonight. More trial and error then anything... it MAY not be the right time yet, and they may go back to being conservative if the plan fails, but I think tonight theyre going to take a lot more chances and see where spreading the field and letting favre go to work will take them

chargers secondary is not playing like it did last year. they gave up 250 to delhomme and 350 to cutler.
Jets secondary is banged up with barrett and miller banged up- our starting corners…. But miller hasn’t played a snap this season and barrett played about 10 total snaps in the first 2 games. ALTHOUGH Dwight lowery has played EXCELLENT in barrett’s place. Good to hear for jets fans- this kid has a serious future.
Anyways, point here is both teams should be looking to the air to exploit the other’s weakness.
Chargers need a win tonight, and should, theyre 0-2 do not want to start 0-3... and i dont see it happening.

Thought about taking the +9 with NYJ to try for the middle, but decided against it.
