Week 16 Discussion Thread

Texans/Chiefs I understand the low number with current injuries/KC D. 41 is too low. KC tt o21.5/ KC tt o10.5+108 1sth to me just too low. Pat hopping on 1 leg, Wentz it doesn't matter I think they get over the number. Only concern on full game over is if Texans don't do their part. I think they do but KC-pts to me looks like a winner.

DHop props are a no brainer here. Yards over, td scored, rec over. May be inflated but how do you not play something Dhop related?
 
Steelers/Ravens 44.5 looks low really wish Pickens was healthy. Steelers+6 looks like they are begging for Pitt $$$ but i don't like the idea of fading Tomlin off a loss with a suspect defense to boot. That being said I do think Wilson could have peaked and is regressing....


Rams/Jets o46.5 looks like a banger to me, only concern is potential freezing cold game. Rams could throw all over NY if they want and I think Rodgers will torch LA defense. Jets tt o21.5 simply because how do you ever trust that D?

Bills now there could be a hangover here with the way the games have played out. Injuries on defense could make this a closer game than it needs to be. That being said Bills tt o30.5 is still my favorite play at first glance. Offense is on fire and NE won't be able to stop this train. Have to see what the d will look like as there are still a ton of question marks. Also have to moniter Spencer Brown as the O line is a huge part of the Bill's success this season. If they were facing the Jets this week it would be a dream over scenario but I expect the Bills to look to shorten this game and get out healthy which could make the TT tight. I wouldn't touch the Pats ats unless every cb is out

Is Pickens still gonna be out? That sucks but I’m actually more worried bout watt, if he goes tho didn’t have to beg me nearly that hard, I woulda took pit w 3!!! I don’t think line saying anything than they know ppl are mostly retarded and don’t seem to remember or understand Steelers own Lamar! They always fall for the flash! Hell for the last 20 years Ive pretty much always taken the points if I can get 3 or more w either team cause you know it gonna be a knock down drag out fight where 20 points prob enough to wIn. Fuck yes I’m taking 6, if watt out I might have to think bout but hell if it comes out he not playing we might get 7!! NFL really fucked Steelers once again after ravens they gotta play on short week vs kc no less. The nfl pretty much built 2 automatic losses into steelers schedule, that totally fucked up they put them on short weeks after both ravens games. Guess makes it easy for us tho, it’s like 4 free wins, Steelers as dogs vs ravens = W. Steelers on short weeks after ravens = loss. I actually wish they were playing a crappy team like Browns last time, it doesn’t matter if it kc or the jags, Steelers ain’t winning on short week after ravens.

It's a really great time of the year to not bet on NFL. I guess people need to, it's a bunch of gurus that tend to suck

We're in month 4 which isn't natural for a Gladiator sport like this. Dumb shit will happen ike it Spring Drills
 
Forcing a play on that game seems more junky than just enjoying the sport for a minute

Well then I guess I can see why cause ravens rarely the side in this game. For the most part I’ve always taken the points just so happens since Lamar got here Steelers usually dogs despite owning him. Really think they outta try and get Henry more carries. Feel like he only had 13 or so in 1st game. That isn’t nearly enough.

Oh is Winston hurt/out? That totally sucks and would explain the line. I was thinking 8.5 crazy cause I could see Winston and co going up and down field with these guys, what happened to him? Man juedy props been slam dunks since he took over also.

They have a practice squad qb that every once in awhile looks good in garbage time of preseason. Mfers can’t find a qb with the 1st pick they think they found one on a 5th rounder? What a freaking shit show.

My Clevelander buddy said it was a competition between Jets and his Browns who ran a worse organization.. He's only made one trip per season back to use his season tickets since they gave rapey all that guaranteed money ...He used to go to 6 or 7 ( not that far from Buffalo )

Apparently much of the fan base wants to see DTR ...Or at least that's what he said a majority of the callers on sports radio wanted .

Shame for them Watson didn’t get hurt sooner or they coulda easily gotten a 5th round pick for juedy who winston was turning into a star. His value should go back to shit the next month, god damn if I was him I’d fake an injury.

My understanding is that this is the same injury that he sustained against Jax in that playoff game a couple years ago. He played through it en route to a Super Bowl victory

Cleveland had Baker and they were a playoff team. Nothing to me is worse than giving Deshaun that disastrous contract. So yes the Jets have the longest streak in North American sports of not making the playoffs but the Cleveland situation is far worse.

I should actually reserve judgement until we see who is coaching these teams next year. If I were Cleveland I would stick with Stefanski and just drop Watson and absorb the huge cap hit. As for the Jets the roster does have some talent but if they hire someone like Aaron Glenn they will continue their losing ways.

Don't think they sack Stefanski, taking the hit by dropping Watson makes sense.

As a BILLS fanatic I was ecstatic when the Jets got Rodgers. He almost singly handily destroyed that team being supreme dictator..

Rodgers didn't ruin anything the organization is garbage from ownership on down but if they do drop him Rodgers will be successful if he plays next season for a good organization. Pittsburgh would be smart to drop Russ and add Rodgers if it comes to that.
